I have had nothing but good experiences on Deal Dash. Sure you lose some but hey thats what happens. I have never had any problems with the products I have won.
This is one of my favorite bid sites. Always has great specials on bids and up to date products.
Phillip Ramirez Jr Art would like to send love and thanks to his family & friends for all of their prayers, support, and well wishes during this time.
For those who don't know he was jumped at a gas station in Gallup almost 2 weeks ago. During the attempted robbery he was hit in the back of the head with a baseball bat! Because of his injuries and the fact that his phone was taken, he was not able to contact any friends for over a week.
Phillip is currently receiving awesome care at a rehabilitation hospital in Albuquerque, and is hoping to be released next Thursday. As soon as he gets a phone he will be able to reconnect with everyone.
I have only been a member of this site for a short time. I', m new to Penny Auctions and wanted to commend DD for thei great customer service. They respond quickly and take care of the issues quickly. I recently had a shipment that did not arrive. I emailed the Customer Support team and they tracked my shipment and it is now on its way. They are very professional and I enjoy their site. I have won some auctions and love the fact that if I don't win I can buy the auction item and get all my bids back. Not sure any other site does this. I would highly recommend this site to others and urge you to bid smart and only bid on items you would be buying if you don't win the auction until you get some experience. DealDash is a 5 star for me.

I love Deal Dash. Although they have problems from time to time everyone on the deal dash staff works very hard to fix the problems in a timely manner. I have bid on many auction sites but deal dash is by far my favorite. They allow their customers to voice their opinions and concerns then they work very hard to remedy any issues. They have real limits which if you look at Beezid their power bidders are never really locked out of any auctions because they allow them to buy keys to unlock their limits. On Deal Dash as with any auction site the people with the most money win the most. They also end up paying alot more from time to time to be able to win items down the line with fewer bids. This is seen on all auction sites and is not exclusive to Deal Dash. I have won alot in the short time I have been on Deal Dash and the reason I chose to bid here after quitting the last place I bid was because I tried other sites in between Beezid included and the thing I loved most was the free shipping. So many places have over inflated shipping prices especially when they order from Amazon and we all know that Amazon ships for free if you have an account with them. When I have received items and had to ship them back, Deal Dash has come through with the new item. They were behind on shipping for a bit then it rained packages like Christmas at my house for over a week while they got caught up. I give them a 5 even though they have problem because they really do care about their customers and really try to do all they can to make it a place where all have a chance. I know alot of new people won't agree with me on that but the key to any auction is to do your homework. Know who you are bidding against and know how much you are willing to lose to get what you want. Also remember whatever you are bidding on today will be back another time so if bidding gets crazy today wait for next time.
I just wanted to say thanks. I have tried other bid sites and nothing compares to Deal Dash. Fair and caters to the little guy or gal. I am not experienced enough to run with the big dogs yet but will in time. I will stick to small wins until I get better at it. I just wanted to say thank you and cant wait til the next hidden promo bid pack prices so I can start to stock up and move onto bigger items. You all are awesome. I am a member for life. William
Just got off the phone with Dave from dealdash cool guy, Love this site Ive won several auctions myself and its Ligit, Verry helpfull team of people working over there at deal dash, The their Buy it now opion eliminates most the risk of loosing. If your new, They have a page that will teach you deferent stragities tip and tricks on how to win. I lost alot of auctions right at first because I just jumped right in, You cant win them all, I still loose Im on a loosing streak right now but it will turn around, the If you go after things your going to buy any way with also filling up your bid bar to get free bids. What are you really loosing? Id recomemend this site to anybody out there looking to save a buck and have fun doing it at the same time! Theres something comming up later on today probably a bid sale to anyone looking to join the fun, Thanks for listening jayman8
I have been a member of DD since Feb. 8,2012. After conducting an in-depth study of many different online penny auction shopping sites, I concluded that, without a doubt, this is the best. This shopping site places a lot of emphasis on excellent customer service. Whenever I contact customer service, I usually hear back from them sooner than expected. Customer service reps always listen and treat me fairly. So far, I won more than 650 auctions and I never had a problem they did not fix. Plenty of information and videos on how the site works are available. People who take a few moments to read, watch and learn how to play first usually become happy customers. If you are on a tight, fixed budget, it might not be for you, but if you know what you're doing and use the automated bidder, BidBuddy, you should be able to enjoy this shopping experience. As an experienced user, my best advice is to only shop for what you need and if you do not win, do a buy-it-now at the retail price and get all your bids back free.
I have joined at least 7 different penny auction sites in the last year. They all have their faults but the real sign of a good company is how they handle their customers and the service they provide. I joined DealDash several weeks ago at the urging of some friends. I watched the site and auctions for several days to learn the patterns of some of the bidders and the behavior of the site. I would recommend to all new penny auction participants to take the time to watch auctions carefully before you jump in. I have been successful with most of the sites using this strategy. You also need to set a bid limit and when it's reached back out to play another day. Shortly after joining DealDash I experienced a problem with purchased bids not showing up or disappearing during auctions. I emailed their customer service folks and together we were able to find and fix the problem. Another thing to keep in mind is that DealDash gives you the opportunity to buy the auction item if you don't win. If you exercise this option you get your spent bids back. I try to only bid on items I would purchase anyway. If I lose the auction I can still get what I wanted as well as bids to play another day. Most of the other sites do not offfer this option or will give you a 50% credit on certain items. They also have win limits on most of the large items which gives everyone a fair chance to win something nice. As with all other auctions you will find bidders that game the system. Deal Dash has assured me they are aware of this and working hard to get these individuals off their site. Since my issues in week one it has been a good experience and fun bidding on their site. Of all the sites I have tried Deal Dash has been the most responsive and honest, willing to admit when an issue is on their end and not trying to blame the problem on you or your computer and internet provider. This should be enjoyable and you should have fun. Good luck to all and I highly recommend DealDash.
Somebody is making money on this website, and believe me, it isn't the consumer. I bought 100 bids for $60, and cannot believe what is happening on some of the items I have bid on. For instance, I was bidding on a Mac laptop and there was always one constant bidder for 40 hrs straight. This bidder bid at least 5 times per minute, at 60 cents per bid for over 40 hrs. Tell me this isn't rigged! My strong opinion is that this website is rigging the bids to get the most out of people. If you have between 2 hrs to 48 hrs of time to constantly remain on this site bidding to save a dime, then all the power to you. I don't, and basically just threw $60 away to the wind.
A fun, fast pace auction site. I had a couple little problems, not realizing it was from my own computer but a gentleman called me and talked me thru what I should do to get the best out of the site. Then the other problem I just emailed them and "KIM" got right back to me with great answer to the problem. Both times it was like dealing with a friend. I'm a 24/7 caregiver to my husband who is a disabled Vet and my computer is my downtime to relax and Dealdash offers great offers on prices of bids from time to time, which is great when on a budget. DEALDASH YOU ROCK
Here a hint, don't go for items over 200 dollars. Go for smaller items like ipods, games, gift cards, movies, ext... I started with 400 bids and now winning over 400 dollars in stuff I now have 631 bids... The key is to go for items you don't believe people will go for with all they have and put a couple of your own down... I have won over 20 things and half of them I won for a penny... and its not like these things were a pack of gum... I won a 60 dollar cologne, I have won 100 dollars in giftcards combined ( consisting of itunes, amazon, and a couple of restaurant giftcards. Overall, If you spend your bids wisely and don't go for the items that you and your mother wants; you may win a few! Also, go for a lot of bidpacks, they usually don't go for much...
The site is good if you are smart... You have to beware of a handful of bidders the only bid on large items and go all out. It seems crazy that people bid over the cost of an item But there are a few factors you need to be aware of... if you win a 600 bid pack for $30 that = 30/600 = $. 05 a bid and at that price you can afford to bid high. The thing i do not like is the limit you can win in a month ( i reached it 2 times already) and you have to wait until your start day (15th) for the limit to be reset, with high prices of a lot of items it is easy to reach the limit IF you win large items ( example apple computer is 1100 to 1700) that is 1/3 to 1/2 of your monthly limit. They need to rethink that limit over again. They need to a block on bidding after a certian $ amount is reached to stop all the last minute bidders from comming in and stealing the item that are bidding on and losing all you time and money for that item. I think like after the auction reaches $10, no more bidders are amitted and the current bidders can play out the auction fairly..
I won a few auction and the they over inflated the price for the buy it now not on everyone just on me. The buy it now price would be one price untill I logged in and then it would go up in price quite a bit. Then the put a lock on most all the new product and said that it was for people that had won less auctions that me. But there are others on there that are playing and have won a least 3 big item a week for as long as I have been watching which is over a year. Maybe they are bots I don't know but the site does not traet everyone equally fair at all.
I have successfully used other sites... even won an ipad on qbids so I joined this site. I could not win anything. Deciding to use up the credits I had, I decided to bid on a $25 cheesecake factory gift card. Just wanted to use up my 300 credits and get something for my money. I bid 105 credits before realizing I was bidding against a computer bot, not a person. Who would spend $50 for a $25 gift certificate. Also her description of herself was very strange and did not sound real. I do intend to report them to the FCC or to whomever oversees internet fraud. I will call my congrssman tomorrow. BUYER BEWARE!
THIS SITE IS A SUPER RIPOFF. I HAVE WATCHED 100 GIFT CARD AUCTION GO UNTIL OVER 50 BUCKS AND BIDDERS BID OVER 600 BIDS WHICH IS LIKE 600 BUCKS ITS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BE FOOLED IN LIKE I WAS FOR THEIR SPECIAL BID DEALS. DONT DO IT, DONT DO IT. Scam Scam scam.
I bought a large bidpack and having been on other penny auction websites i expected having bought a bidpack large enough to win something, but this website is just a waste of money. I have won stuff on other penny auction sites, but this one seems to make it impossible. Your best bet is to stay away. After all, do you really think anybody would spend 80 bids bidding on a 15 bid bidpack? Only robots...
It doesnt take a genius to figure that out.
I've tried quibids and thought dealdash would be similar so I signed up for a bonus bid package worth $84. However, I didn't realize how slow their network is! If you don't bid before 5 seconds of the timer, most likely your bid won't get through. My bids were so laggy that I lost 3 auctions because the network didn't register my "bid." I know it's not my internet connection because quibids work just fine! Now I have a bunch of bids that I don't know what to do with. I contacted customer service but I'm not sure they will allow me to refund my money. Stay away!
If you have the time to watch and study DealDash everyday, you'll start to see patterns and strategies. Don't just jump in and play because you will get burned every time. You can increase your odds by checking out blogs like DealDash411.blogspot.com... they have real time updates, player profiles, hints, tips, and strategies to help you increase your odds. If you learn to play smart, you can have alot of fun. It takes PATIENCE. But that blog is awesome!
Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hi Beatriz, I want to start this conversation by inviting you to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young: https://dealdash.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/dealdash_ey_audit.pdf Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash's core values, and these certainly start and end with our commitment to being humanistic. I would love to show this to you, how can we help? Please let me know. Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids. We recommend our users to bid on items they really want, so that if they lose the auction, they can still get the item and their bids back. Let me know if you have more questions!
Answer: Hi Julie, I hope you are having a wonderful day I'd be happy to explain how the Buy-It-Now option works. Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy it now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids. Please let us know if you have any other questions and be sure to read more about us here: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work Thanks so much for your great question, please feel free to reach back out and let us know if there's anything else you need. Answer: Hi Elizaabeth, Thank you for getting in touch. We offer all of our customers a full money back guarantee for the first bid pack purchase. Our payments team can get in touch with you and issue a refund. Please send me a number we can call. My email is adrian@dealdash.com
Answer: Hi Patricia, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sure this has been a misunderstanding. DealDash is audited by Ernst & Young, confirming that all bids are placed by real customers and all items are delivered. DealDash members and their acquaintances are strictly banned from taking part in the auctions. My guess is that another user may have chosen a user name similar to DealDash. If so, we'll need to change it to avoid confusion. Please send me an email with your user name, so I can find the auctions and spot the user. My email is adrian@dealdash.com I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi Jan, For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase and a winning guarantee. If you decide to give DealDash a try and don't win an auction with your first bid pack we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance. If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience we'll be happy to refund your first bid pack purchase no questions asked. You can even keep any bids in your account or items you have won. Giving DealDash a try is risk free!
Answer: Hi Jasmine. All items on the site are brand new, factory sealed and come with standard manufacturer’s warranties. Vanessa, I am very sorry to hear you have felt that way. Could you please let me know your user name and I'll pull up your account? I'll be happy to assist with any concerns!
