Fake profiles! I'm 100% sure that all 5-star feedbacks here are bought by dating.com. Guys, they are just stealing your money. Check your settings because they will save you cc details and charge you automatically. LOSING TIME AND MONEY.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues. If I understand correctly, you have experienced some issues with payments? Maybe you have enabled the Automatic Purchasing option or a monthly subscription on the site? The automatic Purchasing option for credits can be disabled on the Settings page of your account at any time. I can assure you that we never make any charges unless you made them yourself.

Dating.com which is also Amolatina.com is a total scam. There may be a few members who are real. But many are fake who will never show themselves on a face to face video call. They will never leave the site to pursue a real relationship but will only provide one excuse after another to keep spending more money to chat online.
They will ask for gifts that must be purchased through the site by credits. Of course when you calculate this credits used the gifts are overpriced. Most women will never talk via audio or video call. If one does communicate off the site eventually she will ask for money or a gift. Of course the money will be requested to be wired and no address to where she lives.
I have found that the women seem to have knowledge about you that has been shared.
I was able to prove one of the profiles was fake even though they swear all members are verified. Instead of refunding my money all of the credits used on this person was refunded.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. Let me kindly inform you that if a member doesn't want to have a video chat, it doesn't really mean that such a member isn't real. For example, maybe he/she doesn't have a camera or isn't ready to have Video Chat at the moment.
We protect our customers from fake profiles, we have a very strict security policy and you can read more about it here: https://www.dating.com/people/#dating-securely
So if someone asked you for a gift/money, you can always report that member to our support, if that information is confirmed, that member will be deleted and credits that you spent on communicate with that member will be added back to your account.
So yes, members are verified, but it isn't possible to check EVERYTHING, that's why we have the Security Policy in place, in case such situations do happen.
We don't issue money refunds in such situations, it is written on the Dating Securely page. I hope for your understanding.

I do not recommend this site to anyone. The profile are 100% fake please do a photo search on the individual your talking to . It will show you the person your talking to is fake . I talked to three man here and they were fake they weren't the person in the pictures . I can name many and I have 100% evidence. Don't waste your money and emotions here find someone in real life .

Be careful as when you pay as at the bottom of the page is a very tinny checked box which allow them to take money automaticly from your card. Is a scam! Near 100 euro in less then an hour!
