My profile was supposed to be deleted a months ago and its still up because they want people responding - money for them. This site is not user friendly nor is it customer friendly - it is the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. They do not respond to messages - they are BULLIES. A complete rip off. Using my profile even though I have deleted it over and over trying to get it taken down. As a favourite I get many emails and messages and this is why they have kept it up for their gain. The men are left hanging because I cannot reply. My ID number is *******142. Worst site ever

I have communicated with a member on dating.com since a moment, wanted to have video chat with him but he doesn't have access to video chat, I told him to solve this problem he said he will try latter, I told him to show himselfe in live but he said he doesn't know how to do, I asked him if he has Skype or other applications to chat for free but he said he just has this app to chat hahaha, a big liar! Nobody doesn't have it on mobile and another problem is when he sends me letters everytime he must starts with my name but one time he forgot and I saw that he typed "username" instead of my name, what does it mean? Did he prepare his letters before and try to send to many users with the same letters but he just changes the names of users in the beginning? You can see the prove on my attached image. Does he work for this website to make people spend more and more money to communicate with him? Too much of doubts about him, I will stop and ask for money refund from dating.com.

I joined 2 mins ago, i have had a dosen invites to join a video chat and half that many messages. The messages are paragraphs long and i didn't even have a bio at the time. They all referred to my bio. Scetches me out.

I found the person on Instagram and his real name is WALTER VICCA. He is an actor and model in Brazil and not a Gynecogical Surgeon in Berlin. Infact all of the pictures used at Dating.com were just lifted on this actor's IG account. His son's name is Jonathan and not Walter, Jr. For all the misrepresentations made by this company and its partner handling the curated subject, I think all those who have been used and victimised by them are entitled to a refund. This is the only one I saw that has given a VERY ACCURATE and detailed information that this is indeed a SCAM, no less. Dating.com always boastS itself on saying that they take issues on fake profiles seriously. What now?

This site is a scam on two fronts. First you pay a monthly subscription to talk to the girls but they are bots. But even after you sign up and pay you can't talk to them without purchasing more credit's. When you give them your contact information they all will reply that they want to stay here and chat. Why? Because it will cost you more money to talk to their robots.

Also, I have never seen so many girls online at two in the morning. It's pretty amazing that ever girl that I just happen to be interested in are all online at two in the morning. They are all wide awake and ready to chat. Lol

Second, I posted my contact information on my profile and those that do contact me are usually scammers period! They start talking right away about investments and cyber currency which is your first red flag. I usually ask them to send me a picture of themselves holding up two fingers or if I'm on WhatsApp I ask them to send me their current location.

I'm hoping that someone will file a class action lawsuit against them and hopefully put these scammers out of business!

Whatever you do, don't sign up for their subscription because it's a pin to cancel it.

After wasting 60 dolllars on chatting with a girl that said she absolutely wanted to meet me, she stopped texting when I sent my regular email, go figure there after I left the pay per text and she wasnt getting her commission anymore, if it was her on other end, might be a large fat man for all I know, but they drained my paypal account quickly, I texted 14 more girls that said they saw my profile and wanted to "talk" but when I sent my regular email, suddenly NO REPLY across the board, not a single response, go figure, absolute total scam site, BTW im middle aged, considered handsome by most girls and have a pic on my profile working on my Ferrari. So I don't want to hear excuses. Lol. Fool me once shame on me. Don't waste youyr money.

Full of fake profiles ((popular member) as models that keep sending msg ( even if you dint reply) like desperate ajajajjaja asking you stupid things, and showing you as they were interested in you, promising life and love, but just to make you pay credits for reading or writing them. It is the way to convince you they are real, so you keep paying and buying credits just to have a chat ajajajjajj. If you try to bring them out of the app, giving them your phone number, they keep talking as nothing, asking you to stay in the chat of dating!. Ajajajjajaja which man doesnt take your private phone.

They are scummer!

I spent over a year on this site and met many guys. I didn't took this site very seriously and I'm very glad I didn't. 99% of the guys I was texting with a bit were fakes and liars. Like everyone should I did a google picture search and found most of it (for the rest there other search engines). If you compare what it's written on their dating.com profile and what they write on IG it never matches. There are to many to count.
Thats why I will post only the picture of the worst case I had the pleasure to met with. Yep he is searching for his true Love but founds her on IG already. Also he made a lot of Copy Past mistakes like sending me the number of other members or the "Chat Up" text he sent to others during our active chatting. But he was not the only one doing that. If a guy from Latin America hits on you, ignore it. The videos? Well on one site he offered custom made videos so why not for dating.com as well? And he lets you wait or them a day or so... strange no? Many guys make have false ages. If you're looking for a guy in their forties you wont be interested in guys in their early thirties.

Firstly I can't delete my profile and the members are fake plus the customer support center is useless they just ignore your issues, and I need to be refunded because what a scam this app is.

You will coneect with workers in website not real peorson i bustted more than 10 profile they are in my home country when i talk to them with non english they understand noting! They ask you to keep paying for every single message! Guess what i will suite this website

I realized after 30 minutes of being bombarded with messages and chatting and paying around 1$ for a message written (and received), that this is a scam. Guys seem to be intent on keeping you on this site for as long as possible to keep you messaging and emailing as you have to pay for it (they never seemed concerned about the financial implication of their chatting) by saying the most flattering and romantic things (even though my profile had no picture for them to see who they are talking to). It has been impossible for me to delete my profile and account and out of desperation I have removed every single detail about myself, changed my age to 85, and changed my location to the orient. However, the messages are still streaming in every time I check to see if my profile has been deleted and young guys are still trying to get me to join a video chat - I'm assuming that I would have to pay for that as well. On the emails that come from dating.com, a company SOL Networks is listed. I found this company's website and have tried calling the numbers and emailing them as well, but guess what? I have had no response. All I want is for my profile to be deleted. Dating.com customer support eventually emailed me twice to confirm that I want to delete my profile but it is still there and I feel that they are just drawing this out and perhaps hoping that I will give up.

MOST PROFILES ARE NOT REAL BUT AI. YOU GET LOADS OF CHAT AND EMAILS THAT SOUND DUMB WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR FOR RECEIVING AND TO RESPOND. IN MY OPINION, IT'S THE WORST DATING APP EVER. DON'T WORST YOU TIME AND MONEY. I REQUEST TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT DELETED BUT THEY HAVEN'T DONE SO. BEWARE!

I have spoken to many popular members! They all say they can't talk on video, can't even exchange contact details. I have been on dating.com for over two years talking with popular members. 2 of them say we are in a real relationship and want me for real life. They both are still unwilling to exchange contact details. Won't even do Video chat! Video chats can help establish a higher level of trust and transparency in an our online relationship. Refusing to video chat or talk off of here, combined with other concerning behaviors, such as avoiding personal details, inconsistent stories, or evasiveness, that only strengthens and indicates to me and all the reviews I read that all popular members are fake and have no real interest in offline relationship. They get a free account and it is obvious they get paid to talk to vulnerable paid members like me. The hundreds of bad reviews are all over the internet saying the same thing as I am saying. It's a scam to keep up believing in a love story just to keep us buying credits and renewing membership! Money scam! Playing with our bead and hearts!

Dating.com is a scam, they are conning innocent people. The men they highlight in the contact section don't exist. The messages are automated and the people don't chat consistently, every hour has its new chats and the messages are similar. They insist that the chats happen on the site and not anywhere else. THIS SITE SHOULD BE CLOSED. I have spent $60 to send just about 20 messages. The site doesn't allow you to delete undelivered messages so that as soon as you purchase credits it gets swallowed up. SHAME ON YOU THIEVES!

Dating.com is part of a large network of dating apps. This entire network is a huge scam machine. They always advertise 'real members', but the majority of profiles are fake. The men (mainly from Brazil, Russia and China) are models, actors, married or in relationships with men or women.
I have reported tons of profiles to support, all verified members. With links, photos, screenshots, sometimes even with statements from the real men that they don't have a profile in dating apps.
Nothing happens. On the contrary, even the support team is lying to me.

The app's guidelines state that if you can prove that a verified member is married or a fraudster, they will refund the money you paid. I've sent them loads of pictures, links and screenshots, but I only get excuses in response.

I have now found almost 300 fake profiles. But that seems to be the intention of the operators of this app, as they make a lot of money from it.
Support has been ignoring me for months, both my emails with fake profiles and my termination.

This site is not real, fake profiiles and they stole 122 euro frommy creditcard without permission for less than a day chatting? It is no website with an award. It is all fake and the person with who you are chatting will keep you on the site and Will not give his number. He works with them, it is not for a date and after a view sentences you have to pay again. I warned the police, my lawyer and the creditcard company. So watch out. It is not an American site, but a foreign site.
