I was blown away when I received my copper pan that came in just a flimsy envelope. Of course it was damaged! I emailed the company. They asked for pictures and I sent them right away. I have now received 2 responses to wait 2-3 more days because they have to wait for their supplier to get back to them? Shouldn't they be more concerned with customer service and taking care of the situation? Horrible customer service!
I live in South Carolina I ordered it end of Augustsomehow it got sent to Oregon!? And now I'm told I'm out that $$ as it wasn't their fault? Hmmmm sounds like it to me? Almost 4 weeks ago I ordered a Hoover Steam Mop. My packaged arrived 2 weeks later and it wasn't what I ordered. What I received was an indoor/outdoor TV antenna. Close right, NOT. There is no phone number you can call and after more than a week someone finally acknowledged me. Told me to send the item back, they provided a Fedex mail label but now I have to find a Fedex store and drop it off. Not happy that customer service would not place a call pick up for their mistake. In addition, they won't mail me my product until they see movement on the return. Their mistake has become my problem. It has taken two week to come to this and I only have 7 days to mail it.
I'm so irritated I told them I would mail it back but to cancel my original order and refund my money.
Seriously the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. DO NOT BUT FORM DAILY STEALS.

I bought a portable battery pack from TYLT on DailySteals.com, which not a lot of people would be familiar with, because they were on sale for a good price. I was a little bit skeptical because sites like these are usually known for bad business, and I was 100% right. The product was described to be new in a retail packaging.
When I received the product, it came in a bubble wrap envelope with no other protection --no packaging, no box, no bubble or foam fillers, and it was also missing the power brick for the charger. I complained about this via email because the receipt said to contact them if I wasn't 100% satisfied, but they didn't care to reply to the email.
These people stand for unprofessionalism. They lie about their products just to get rid of their inventory. They claim they'll fix any wrongs they caused without following up on their promise. They also use a Shopify account which is a pre-made service and doesn't even mask the web address, which I used to do back in 2003 when I was selling stuff online as a hobby.
I ordered a 10 pack of nail polish. It took many weeks to get to me, and once it arrived the bottles were in the box without any padding. Sadly one of the bottles shattered and got polish all over the box and rest of the bottles. The good news is, the bottle that shattered was the EXACT same shade as 2 of the other bottles in the box. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Hope your product works when you order it b/c if it doesn't getting a refund is the biggest nightmare imaginable. Customer service won't be bothered to respond to your inquiries unless you dog them repeatedly, and even then it doesn't look like I'll be able to get a simple return and refund.

Never again! The only steal on this site is them stealing your money. I thought I was getting a bargain "10 different maybelline nail polishes for $11.99" they pick them for you so you don't know which color you will get, which was fine. The problem was that I got 3 same black ones, three same navy, two same dark blue, a lighter blue and white. Don't be fooled like I was.
Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Received a bad phone, they only have email contact and have failed to respond. Do not buy or support these guys.
Ordered a military bag
When the bad was ordered, the shipping address was missing the apt number. I caught up on the error, and edited the shipping address, long before they even shipped it out, solve they said they couldn't ship it out due to the error. So it was shipped out, and to my surprise it was shipped out with the apartment number missing... Seriously?
It went out for delivery but couldn't be delivered due to the error. I have been emailing jammin butter repeatedly, and they have not responded to any emails. Now i spent hard earned money for nothing at all... Poor service! Theives... They have no point of contact.
I ordered my item almost 2 weeks ago and USPS still says they have not received the package from daily steals. They took my money but did not send the product, I have sent emails and have gotten no response. Maybe a bad review will get them to listen.
My experience with daily steals could not have been better. Though I unfortunately had an issue with the product I received, the merchant was understanding and allowed me to return it for a full refund. The whole transaction was pleasant and easy. I would definitely see myself ordering from them again in the future!
I recently purchased two google pixel phones. Nice looking phone takes great pictures that you cant use, cant send or receive pics, could be the cricket service that I signed up for. Just sick of getting ripped off by verizen after using the service since it was alltell. I have been trying every thing so for now. DONT BUY A GOOGLE PHONE "JUNK".
