My item arrived in a short time. The package was wrapped to conceal its contents. The product itself was simple to put together, lightweight, multi functional and had a sleek look that complimented the space.
After ordering several(approx. 8) times from dailysteals, I had a problem with an android tablet ordered from them. After many attempts trying to contact customer service, I finally got hold of "live chat" online, and was asked several times why I was not satisfied with the tablet. My problem was the thing kept "freezing" up, and I had become frustrated with it and wanted a refund. I was told that a RMA would have to be sent to me before a return would be possible. I waited one week, but no RMA came to my e-mail box. I now start the process over of trying to reach customer service, and finally got "live chat", I explained my problem again, this time I was sent the RMA. After returning the tablet(made sure I got delivery confirmation), I waited three more weeks with no word from them. I contacted "live chat" again and was told that my card would be credited. They finally did after a total of about 9 weeks. My feeling is if I had not persisted, nothing would have been done. BE AWARE!
They sent me the wrong product and customer service is not getting back to me after being emailed numerous times. The 30 day policy it now getting close to running out and I might not be able to get a refund if it does.
I ordered a size medium shirt. They sent a size small several days late. When I contacted customer service, they refused to send out the correct size and blamed me for the error. I left a review on their site and they removed it within five minutes because it wasn't 5 star. This is not an ethical company.
This is truly a piece of $#*! website, ordered twice for a phone, order got cancelled twice, even though I have provided all verification, picture of credit card.

First time customer with little chance of continued purchases. Made my first purchase of a very specific item (model specific AS ADVERTISED). I was sent a different model number, the size and shape of the item completely different than advertised, and it was cracked/broken and couldn't be used even if it were the correct model. Ordered on 4/10/22, received 4/15/22 in unusable condition. Submitted an online claims ticket (NO phone number to call) one hour after opening box. On 4/16 (next day), I received an email from Daily Steals customer service stating that I would NOT get a refund due to it being beyond the 30-day window for returns. Not going to speculate as to how/why this individual came to this conclusion, but the entire purchase/delivery/claims submission happened in 6 days. I submitted a second ticket with a much more detailed description/explanation of the problem and have basically been ghosted from all communications. Both PayPal and Wells Fargo have been notified. I bought 8 LED Shot glasses of which 2 were defective. They blamed in on the supplier and told me they would contact them and get back with me in 3-5 days. Never did and any further contact with them gets no response. On there website if you click on the "contact us" gets you a 404 ERROR.
Sadly, I haven't heard back from the daily steals customer service team in over two weeks. Ever two weeks from get a reply that is unhelpful and then I wait two more weeks to hear again. It's been a painful process and once I get my refund I will not be doing anymore businsss with this company.
This one of the worst online experiences I have had. I placed an order for an item. (LARGE set of pots and pans). The item was not delivered correctly by FedEx. I contacted both DailySteals.com and FedEx. Both started an investigation into what had occurred during shipping, but this is were the issues begin. DailySteals.com summarly decided to close my case. FedEx was not done with their investigation and Paypal could only base their resolution on the flawed evidence that DailySteals.com provided. I continued to try to resolve this by contacting both FedEx and DailySteals.com. I was concerned that I would be out more than $120. However, after multiple attempts they had to accept FedEx's final ruling that the package had been lost. Anyway, after several tries they gave me store credit. I was agreeable to the compromise but it was hard fought. I would not recommend this company.
I recently ordered an ipad from them. About a week after I had ordered, they shipped it and then I got it about a week later. As others have mentioned before, their shipping speed and communication isn't the greatest but hey, cheap is cheap for a reason, right?
I purchased a I watch but after hitting buy I looked at the extended warranty they sold. The company was rated very poorly so within a hour I cancelled the order because for $300.00 I didn't want it to malfunction and I would have to deal with their warranty company. They stated it was shipped and I would have to refuse it when it arrived which I did. I sent them all correspondence and they said it would be refunded with 2-3 business days after numerous unanswered Emails Ian's filing a claim with PayPal I finally after a week received my refund. Buyer beware.
Company sent used products as a factory refurbished deal. Items were worn, thrown into a box and sent. They would not accept the return. Had to file with PayPal and even then, they would not refund the money.
Stay away.
This is the worst online store i have seen. They will charge for shipping and will never ship stuff in near future. I am so desperate that when i am going to get that. Customer care will never pick the call too. Never Never ever buy anything from this site...
I bought a shark vacuum and it was "refurbished". It was dirty when I took it out of the package. The battery kept dying fast. I tried to return the item. After going back and forth, I just kept it as is. Now 2 months later, the thing is completely broken and doesn't work at all.
Placed an order on 5/6 for grandson's birthday. Was supposed to arrive on 5/18. I started following up on 5/11 because nothing had happened. Spent 3 hours trying to track over the next 3 days explaining situation. Was assured everything was fine until 3:00 am on 5/17 at which time they cancelled order. Inexcusable that the couldn't at least let me know earlier since he already could not have a party due to Covid 19. Will never use them or Google stores again.
Product never arrived. Customer service magically generated a new tracking number that shows some package arrived to my town, not my address, nor anything linking the NEW tracking number to my purchase. The tracking number they provided me by email is a different number and still only shows shipped. "Melvin" provided the worst customer service i have ever received. Will never purchase anything else from them.
Let me start by saying I had used this site in the past and had a great experience. It was probably a year ago. I decided during the holiday season to try it again. Bad decision! I ordered JBL headphones. They arrived in an envelope, with no box or instructions. They looked USED. They were scratched up, button broken off and obviously worn. I was so upset by this and have emailed them 5 times already, starting about 2 weeks ago. Still no reply and I have these worthless earphone that I sure won't be giving as a Christmas gift. Not only am I out of money and a gift but left very disappointed. There is no phone number to call and I guess by just having an email contact t, they are ok with ignoring their employees. I do not recommend using this site or if you do, do not Expect a response for a refund or a return. I tried to upload photos from my phone library but it won't allow me to do so.
Ive ordered twice so far. The first came really quick & I was impossible. The second order, afit bit watch that monitors your pulse, etc I ordered for my dad, hasnt arrived yet but I have a feeling Ill be pleased with it, too.

Ordered a refurbished Macbook. They accepted payment and sent the item quickly. The box had no shipping papers or order confirmation of any kind. It also contained two Macbooks, not one. Unfortunately neither of them had been wiped of the previous owners information, names, addresses etc. They were also very old models, not as advertised. When trying to go back to their site to look at the order details nothing is there. Its like the order didn't exist. Seems like a really shady operation. We want to return them but have low expectations
Very poor customer service. Took weeks to communicate with them and in the end they would allow a return of a coat. It was a Christmas present and was out of the 30 day window. Coat was poor quality. I would not buy from this company again.
