I bought 4 smart watches, and 3 were defective. They were purchased as a gift to my friends in the Philippines. Upon charging 3 of the watches were not charging. I attempted to return but was denied. Warning: Don't buy from this outlet, they don't allow replacement.

Absolutely garbage products that they resell. Purchased an iPad Air 2 from them and in less than a year the face of it had peeled off of the casing. And this is for an iPad Air 2 that had zero traffic or impact bc it was installed in the wall as an intercom for our second home in NYC where we barely spent time

And of course when I reach out to them to see what they can do (bc iPads don't ever come apart by themselves within a year of being purchased), they hide behind their "30-day return window"

Right, got it, so you sell products that go defective after the 30 day mark and then do absolutely nothing for customers in return

After purchasing an Apple watch for my mom from their site it took me some time to have it set up for her as I made the purchase a month in advance. When I finally tried to set it up for her it had been locked to someone else iCloud account. When I requested help from their customer support I was met with ' Your 30-day warranty has expired". The watch powers up and charges no physical damage it's just locked to someone's account and you would sell me a product that now shows up as lost or stolen. This level of dishonesty is criminal.

Review is zero if I could choose zero. I bought a laptop from them which was titled as refurbished. What I got was a second hand laptop in a poor condition with wrong adaptor such that I even could not turn on the laptop. When I emailed them and informed them about the wrong adaptor and asked for the refund, they deducted half of the price of the laptop as the handling fee although they had sent me the wrong adaptor. Do not buy from them. You will lose your money!

I ordered iPods and paid extra for "2-3 business day shipping" according to their site. I reached out to the company to confirm the timeframe and 2 business days later the item had still not been shipped according to website tracking. I reached out again, twice, to cancel my order. None of my messages have been responded to and products are not estimated to be delivered until 9 days (7 business days) after my order was placed. Still haven't seen products so no clue as to the condition. They've completely ignored all messages and failed to send the items within any sort of reasonable timeframe for what I paid for.

Stay away

This place is absolutely horrible. There's no one totalk to and only emails that never reach anyone. I had to file for return. Charged a 22 dollar return fee to send back a 100 dollar laptop. Supposedly refurbished, the thing was just used and not functioning to add to the problem. It still was locked under the initial user and the battery wouldn't charge. It would only work plugged in which defeats the purpose of a laptop. Absolutely stay away from this company! You will not be happy.

Avoid this company at all cost. They advertise top notch customer service but haven't be able to get a hold of them or a email response for over a month. Beware you could be getting scammed jusy like me. So do yourself a favor and avoid this company

I ordered a touchscreen Dell Chromebook. I received a regular Chromebook. I paid for the insurance as well. I sent back the Chromebook. I received the same one I sent back. I spent 71.00 on nothing. I should have just gone to discount electronics. I've been satisfied with them for years.

Poor service

The cell phone came broken. Red dot on screen and speaker muffled. When contacted to replace it they refused to accept it. My rating is a zero however they make me mark at least 1 star

See Better Business Bureau's current alert for this so called business. Automated customer service email states they cannot cancel the order because it has been shipped. No, it has not and apparently never will be. I should have done my research before giving my money to this "online retailer."

Damaged merchandise

Horrible experience, I ordered 2 hand held games. One worked, the other has deep scratches on the screen, and all of the control buttons on the right side was broken. I tried contacting them countless times. They sent me automated messages from a fake chat person. The messages didn't even relate to my complaints?

Ordered a non stick saucepan from these guys. It came in a plastic envelope that had zero padding for protection. See picture for dented item. They initially answered my email to let them know that I got a damaged product. The second email I sent, I asked for a refund or replacement. Patiently waited for a reply and they never emailed me back at all.
There is no phone number listed for these guys out of Florida, only an email address.
Buyer beware. See pic of damaged sauce pan

Horrible! I revived used, scratched, old looking dyson with someone's hair in it, the leather box I payed additionally for it also was scratched, wrong color. They don't respond to any emails! And I have to pay 35$ handling fee. It's assaulting! Scammers!

Outrageous handling fee for returns
August 31, 2022

I felt safe buying from dailysale because they advertised hassle-free returns, but when I needed to return my item, I was charged an outrageously high "handling fee" of $32.00 because I wanted a refund to my credit card instead of store credit (whereas if I had taken that option, they were willing to offer me the full purchase price plus an extra $20). Buyer beware! Steer clear unless you are certain you won't need to return your purchase, or are ok with a credit instead of a real refund.
