Never again dailysale

I finally got this order. It was packaged as one might package trash or garbage. Now I am waiting for an order placed 3 days earlier than this one. The website gives me a blank page when I select track this order. I have sent a complaint both on their website and my email. I will never order from this scamming site again. The merchandise is from overstock, broken, defective and no quality items. I should have researched their 'deals' before I ordered. Most are not bargains at all but seem to be major mark-ups before their 'sale' deal. They have a time limit on placing the order once chosen.

I have no idea what is going on with my order. My credit card was charged the moment I placed my order. That was 8 days ago. Still no information except on my account it shows 'complete'. Tracking shows info sent to fedex.

My first concern is that the site states you can contact them by phone between 10 am - 7 pm EST, M-F, and when you do it says it is closed.
Also, I placed and order on Nov. 17th and as of Dec. 10th, I still have had no word of a delivery date, the status still says processing. Coming from a Florida based company, I cannot believe it would take this long. I am very disappointed in the customer service part of the process, not for sure if products are worth it, since I have not received them.

Looking at the other reviews it looks like it's paid reviews or loaded themselves. It looks so sketchy.

I purchased the refurbished Dyson and it didn't work at all. After emailing and lots of waiting and details provided, my options were to have it refunded or exchanged... but I need to pay for the international shipping. Complete waste of time and a rip off for something that doesn't work at all. Absolute scam

I'll never order from Daily Sale again.
I purchased an iPad Jan 28th. It started powering off and on with a full charge a week later.

I expressed my concern on this on Feb 17th and was given a generic answer to wait and
Do power cycles. No one bothered to tell me it was 30 days or volunteered to tell me most importantly when my return window would close. It takes days to even receive a response from your customer service team. Worst buying experience ever. I didn't even get five hours of use out of it!

Promised delivery on 12/13 in time for Christmas - still not here on 12/23. Took them over a week to respond to my many inquiries. Then they said the gifts would not be here until December 28th like it was no big deal. I can't tell 6 little boys that Santa won't be here until 12/28. I can't afford to get anything else without an immediate refund, and they refuse. I shop online because it is a major hardship for me to get someone to go shopping for me or to return an item. This is a nightmare thanks to a very uncaring DailySale.

Scammed like all the others on here

Wished I checked this site prior to purchasing. Bought a Dyson vacuum. Item was clearly used. It was dinged up, had paint splatters on it and didn't come with the charging dock. All of which I would've overlooked if the damn thing actually worked. Returned the item immediately and paid for the handling fee. At this point, I'd be happy if they actually returned my money. It amazes me how a company like this is still able to legally do business.

Never received product.

I paid for the product info, never received the product been emailing and getting the runaround for well over a month now with no success told I need to contact the USPS, so I deal with them for 2 hours on the phone with no success. Then the post office tells me that FedEx would have been in charge of delivering because of the tracking number. Daily sale don't know who delivers their products or what? They don't care.

I'm only giving them a 2 in hopes that I actually get my package. It took 7days from the order date just to get a shipping label. No idea where the package is, tracking is iffy at best, and they do not answer emails. Use at your own risk.

Rip-Off

This company sold me a damaged, scratched item that it claimed was new, and then refused the return. I had to go through a chargeback process to get a refund. They disputed that too, but I eventually prevailed. (Also, they delete bad reviews from their website.) Stay away!

Don't shop at this site!

I ordered a product that I did not receive. It was shipped by FedEx and said it was delivered at my front door. I checked my door 10 minutes after I was notified the package was delivered and there was no package. I contacted FedEx and DailySale. I just keep getting the run around from DailySale. After a number of emails and about 3-4 weeks, I finally got a response to my email of today. DailySale said the package shows delivered and they will do nothing about a refund or ship me another product. I am out $50.00+. Not a good business practice.

When an organization lacks the intelligence and decency not to list a Customer Service Phone Number and only an email... Something is not Kosher! I was charged three (3) times for an item that was placed for one! These fly by night organizations' and the CEOs; should be hung by the gonads for implementing a substandard policy of not listing the most crucial item--a phone number!

Very dissatisfied

I was honestly so excited because I found a camcorder for really cheap, but unfortunately, this product disappointed me. The camcorder needed an SD card, so I bought one, and once I put the SD card in, it still didn't work. I tried multiple things, but no matter what- the camera would not record. I returned this product, but the handling fee was $18.00, basically a little less than half the price of the whole camera. I was very unsatisfied with this product, and I had such high hopes.

Damaged item

I will never buy from them again. I opened a broken tablet on Christmas. I went online to return it says it can't be returned but the receipt says I have until January 31st. It's no contact number and they won't return my emails. I basically lost 300 dollars smh.

Poor communication, lies, and excuses.

10 days into "3-5 day sgipping" and it has JUST left the warehouse. I do have confidence that I will recieve my product but 10+ days is absurd when I was told via the website 3-5 days.

Customer service just spins me in circles and offers no compensation or resolution.

Warning don't buy anything from this site. My wife order a tablet. It wasn't the one she originally ordered. They gave her a substitute. It was damaged. Returned for a refund. Nothing they don't have a contact number. Big disappointed

As per Return Policy on their website: "Depending on the circumstance, we might deduct $5.00from your refund for the return shipping label. We cannot provide return labels for some larger items or international orders."
I received a poor quality product. They were supposed to be Snow Proof Boots and they not even Water Resistance... I complain and ask for a full refund. They are trying to refund me $20.68 out of $28.87. So whatever you order, regardless if it is your fault for example Ordering the wrong size of a shoe and it was your own fault, or on the other hand like me... that received a bad quality product that Does not match the product description. Violating Consumers Rights... if you try and return it this is what happens.

I ordered from these international bandits 2 (18 carat) gold chains I received one that was gold plated which I verified with a jewelry store the second chain was less in weight than what I paid for. I returned the gold plated one to get refund they claimed they did not receive it which made a third ripoff in one transaction I have decent knowledge about this kind of international crooks bandits and thieves but this one is exceptional. Stay away from this company these are the kind of people who pride themselves that they are thieves. Antoine

SCAM SHOPPING SITE!

Never buy products from this website!
It is a major scam.
First of all go to a site called Sitejabber.com and read the reviews of this company and you will see multiple complaints about items ordered and arrive broken, damaged, and no functioning. Then when you want to return the items you have to pay for shipping costs and they charge you an insurance fee on top of that and don't want you to return the items anyways and they want to give you ONLY A CREDIT TO USE ON ANOTHER PURCHASE!
Who wants to receive another non working item!
Buyer beware and run far far away!

The poorest customer service I have ever seen. Need to return a coat (poor fit) and have sent 10 emails on their site and mine and they will not reply. Needed a return authorization # and return address for last week. Will not reply. Will NEVER shop here again. BEWARE; source of extreme frustration!
