They sent me two apple watches both clearly did not work correctly from not charging to rebooting eery 30 seconds to many other things. The first I returned to exchange for a 2nd. When they sent the replacement it was even worse. I requested a refund this time. I completed the online form and checked it was received broken and the next screen said I have to pay a $18 return shipping and handling fee... for a broken watch.I emailed returns AT dailysale DOT com for a reply. NO RESPONSE. Really helpful!

The overall process was decent. However could not finalize account still had to check out as guest. Send email for assistance of which no one responded to. Haven't received product yet.

Good prices on decent earrings and informing me on arrival time is good service as is offering insurance for item in case damaged or lost!

Do not buy from here you will regret it they sell defective products and then charge you the handling fee to return. This is a scam. This is wrong and nobody should buy from this place. You cannot get a phone number from here. The email is far from a response and this is just a horrible horrible situation. Do not buy from here. Charging me $38 to return something that is defective is outrageous.

Easy to navigate site. Haven't had a problem yet. Most items are reasonably priced. Transaction nice and smooth.

I purchased a 3mm chain they sent a 1mm. Now I have to jump through send a picture, wait for them to send return envelope. They made a mistake. Now in being treated like I did something to mess the orders up.

Dailysale had the best price I could find on a refurbished 7th Generation iPad. It was delivered on time as promised. My only concern was that it arrived bent (as you can see in the picture). The iPad functions as it should, but I was afraid it might not fit properly/securely in a case I was planning to buy. Fortunately, it fit and everything is fine. I was little put off that Dailysale would sell a product that was clearly bent (damaged?) - refurbished or not - but in this case, it seems to have turned out ok.

Purchased a 10K gold necklace with a protection plan that was offered with it. Well, they charged me for the protection plan and removed it with out my knowledge. Had to email several times for me to get my money back. If i wouldn't have emailed them. I wouldn't have gotten my refund for it.
