Refurbished Apple Watch

I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch from daily sale which took a really long time to ship which was already a bad sign to me only to finally receive it and have the watch not charge or power on at all. Just to make it worse it came with a watch band that doesn't go to the watch. Upon immediately requesting a refund the same day I was informed that I would have to pay a $32 handling fee! This is absolutely unacceptable as the watch arrived to me without ever having functioned at all. It is impossible to speak to someone and nobody has responded at all to any of the numerous emails that I have sent. I would never shop with this company again and recommend that nobody else does either.

Received this watch for my wifes birthday when she opened it she noticed the screen was already cracked. Contacted dailysale and they would not exchange the watch for a new one. Not to mention they repair the watches with off brand low quality replacement parts. Never buying anything from this site again.

I ordered a blow dryer it arrived without all the attachments and in a different color it was very used also so I immediately sent it back. This has been over a month long and they will not issue my refund. I got an email that says they return the product and they received it but I have no refund in my bank account.

This company is a scam!

I bought a Series 3 Apple Watch and I received a very scratched used watch. I asked for a refund however between restocking fees and a protection they forced me to buy which they don't want to reimburse, I lost $50. I could have juts bought it at Best Buy. Don't waste your time, in the end it will cost you money and headaches.

I purchased a refurbished laptop and when it arrived it was scratched and case broken. They then charged me a$20 handling fee to send back although they sent me a broken product. Despite contacting them they simply said we are still going to charge you.

Crappy customer service

I received an order in which I was missing one item out of 5. I made several attempts to deal with customer service and get my item shipped out to me. Basically they came up with every excuse including blaming it on United States Postal Service. I explained to them that according to their shipping statement the item was in the package, the one and only package, that was sent to my home period after more than eight back-and-forth emails there was no effort to satisfy me as a consumer. I never have received such terrible customer service in my life. Considering I am a person that do the majority of my shopping online this was a very disappointing experience. I will give them a zero if it was allowed on the rating. The products were cheaply made and overall just and unpleasant experience.

I bought a hose that was defective right out of the package and they would not replace it with a working product. Was told that it was outside of the return policy, but that's when I had a chance to hook it up to the spigot and found out it was full of holes. Take a look at my picture and THIS is the quality of product you will receive. A hose with a waterfall right where it's attached!

No merchandise
October 16, 2022

Ordered a talyormade driver on Oct 11 and is now Oct 16 and I have not received any shipping information that the item has shipped. The site stated 3-5 FedEx shipping. I'm beginning to think it's not going to arrive. I have emailed the person or company with no response. I know that this was going to be good to be true but for price why not take the chance. Now I cannot even check my order. It says site not found.
It is now November 29 and have not heard from them or received any product. The site is a scam.

Their customer service is total joke. I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now and their "customer service" is a robot with a pre-typed generic reply based on keywords from your email. They have YET to address my actual issue that I have been asking the same question for 3 weeks and they don't even acknowledge the question or the screenshot I send showing the error I have. Every reply is 3-4 days after your email and does not address anything. Its a generic reply to use the return portal after more than 10 emails saying the same thing that I cannot and I've tried!. Worst company I've dealt with, ever. Scam of a company.

Horrible!

Orders placed on Nov. 22 and 23 still not received. Customer service by phone is non-existent. Email support takes 3 or 4 emails before they respond, and when they do respond, the issue still is not addressed. While the prices may be good, the aggravation isn't worth it. Any reliable business offers decent customer service. This business is ridiculous.

IT'S A SCAM

I ordered an expensive hairdryer from DailySale, and what they sent me looked like it was found on the side of the road. It was filthy, broken, and scuffed. I returned the item with their own return label, and they are refusing to issue the refund promised by their own return policy.

Really cant even give a 1 on the review. Purchased iphone that promised unlocked and would connect with any carrier. Will NOT connect with Sprint. Didnt want to send back just wanted it to do what they said which was a lie! Have emailed many times, keep getting run around!

If anything occurs post shipment, be prepared for an ordeal. I've been told that the time between correspondence is due to an upgrade but I'm over a month out. Past that, I had a laptop shipped and stolen. While I understand the nature of their culpability. Their response was limited to, have you filed a police report? With the ulterior response of, until you file a police report... After submitting said report and providing them proof it was a 20% credit. Of which, didn't even cover shipping. Buyer beware. If all goes well you get a product for cheap, else wise be prepared for an underwhelming ordeal. I'm placing this in several places because of my displeasure with working through their customer service. It's generally copy paste responses with a few edited lines by a representative.

In this age people order many things online. My experience with dailysale.com was horrible at least. I ordered showerhead from them that i received defective ( it was not possible to install it) and i exchanged once thinking that the second one should be ok. But guess what - it carried the same problem. And my problems started there, dailysale.com do not give money back, only store credit, unless you get money back with hefty deduction for restocking fee 12$ on 29$?!?! I was blown by that. Not to

Never received product

Purchased battery lawnmower. Company emailed us that the item shipped and provided info for tracking. Tracking info did not work on their website. Did not receive another email for over a month, and their customer service email sent back a not in service response. Luckily, we ordered with PayPal and PayPal refunded the purchase.
Still frustrating as I still need to order a lawnmower after waiting for this one for over a month.

This site was horrible. It placed an order that was no authorized, I immediately contacted them MULTIPLE times to cancel and they would not respond. When they did, several days later, it was "sorry, it's too late it shipped." Conveniently they waited until it shipped to respond. They said "no hassle refund" "happy to help you" yet they would not help or respond to any of my requests for help with return. Then wanted to charge me 30% of the cost to return.
