Not a reputable company

Did not send all items and all items did not match when ordering more than one of the same, quality is like buying off the city street corner and no one will give me a straight answer and just keep giving me the runaround. Do not do business with them!

I placed an order in August, with no communication from their end it was received in October. The order was not complete, it was missing one of the three items. Due to the fact that you cannot call customer services and must email them, Ive emailed 5 times only to receive 2 return emails saying Im sorry and Ill speak with my manager. This is an absolutely deplorable company- they DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS OR YOURS! Get rid of them so they can CLOSE!

Integrity lacking

Ordered a auto code reader on September 12,2017. On September 26,27, and 28 they sent a tracking # 5 different times. But, the tracking # was invalid when linked to it. It is still, to this date, not in the system. I contacted their customer support, received a reply that that tracking shows the package is still in transit, and they supplied me with the same tracking #, a sixth time. You guessed it. Link to the tracking site and it still isn't in the system. I have asked for a refund for the second time. I won't use them again

Not Trustworthy, Beware!

I had been a customer for a couple of years, boughts a Mystery special (no food or perishables) - they included 3 packs of Expired Gum - they counted each as a Item - when they would not acknowledge what they did, and refused a refund ( I wanted return all items for refund.) NEVER AGAIN - BEWARE of DailySale!

Do not order anything large or of value from this company! You will not be able to return it! Their customer service is horrible and completely unprofessional!

I ordered an $80 area rug. They sent me the wrong color. They gave me the complete runaround to try to return it. 15 emails back and forth spanning over a month of my time, plus a lengthy on line chat with one of their customer service reps. They absolutely did not want to refund or exchange my item. Each different rep. Tried their darndest to offer me a $17.80 in-store credit so I would keep the rug. When they finally agreed to the refund, they refused to send me a return shipping label. Each email they sent me started with "We are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase." I finally had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the purchase. It was only after then that I received my return shipping label. All this over their mistake! It should not be such a big deal for a company to accept full responsibility for their own mistake.

I bought Apple IPhone 5S as a gift stated was refurbished-guaranteed 3-5 day shipping got phone 15 days later was all beat up on corners it was dirty came with Chinese cheap charging box and cable when plugged in phone said accessory not supported customer service would not respond I BOUGHT THROUGH AMAZON PAY SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTED, they lie also DO NOT BUT FROM DAILY SALE AND DO NOT USE AMAZON PAY TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I now own a paperweight costing 100.00

Worthless

Do not waste your money buying from this company. I was given a DVR dashboard camera as a birthday gift that my mother ordered over a month ago. It was not opened until she gave it me on my birthday recently. It does not work. I emailed Daily Sale to find out how to return it. They will not let me return it, or exchange it, and will not refund my Mother's money because it's been over their 30 day policy. I even explained that it was a birthday present and hadn't been opened until recently. They don't care. Bad business! It's better to spend a little more money and get something that actually works and is worth the money. You can find much better items on Amazon for around the same amount money and much better quality.

I had bought a set of Beats earphones and they worked sitting at my desk but when I used them later at the gym the imput jack wouldn't stay connected so it is impossible to use. I went back to my old set. I'm assuming they are selling seconds or defective ones. They wouldn't even replace them they say because it was past the 30 days. Which is tough with them as the shipping is slow

Purchased two showerheads in Dec. 2016, neither one worked, returned them, recieved a refund for one but would not refund the other one. After many emails I finally purchased another item a Polaroid indoor outdoor thermometer with my credit. Finally recieved it after three weeks. Came in a sealed retail package, on opening there was only the monitor, no outdoor remote thermometer. The monitor cannot be read unless you press the lite button and then it comes on for 5 or 10 seconds. Definitely a defective product and this company knows it. They only sell unsaleable merchandise, are almost impossible to contact and have the worst delivery service on the internet. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE POOR SUBSTITUTE FOR AN INTERNET BUSINESSS!

Ordered a non stick saucepan from these guys. It came in a plastic envelope that had zero padding for protection. See picture for dented item. They initially answered my email to let them know that I got a damaged product. The second email I sent, I asked for a refund or replacement. Patiently waited for a reply and they never emailed me back at all.
There is no phone number listed for these guys out of Florida, only an email address.
Buyer beware. See pic of damaged sauce pan

I have emailed Daily sale now, over 13 times in regards to the same request to return 2 of the same items that I bought and the quality and value was not there. Along with that same exact request, I indicated that a flashlight, 1 of 10, that I ordered did not work and I needed to return it and get a new one to replace it.
They sent out a new flashlight! Great!
However, in the same request, in which I always include the order # and Item #, they keep on asking me to supply and order # for the item that I want to get a refund on!?
It is as if they cannot read!

The other BIG headache is that they do not have any contact phone # for you to call into. This in itself is suspicious, as if they are hiding something, or maybe they have hired illegal immigrants that cannot read english!

If you want customer service and your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONCERNED!

I promised my 11yr old daughter a new iPad but when I went to the Apple store they were $599 and not in my budget, so I checked google and found dailysale.com selling a brand new iPad 4 for just $259 with free shipping, ordered it and arrived brand new sealed within 3 days, now that's what I call a deal! Will save dailysale.com to my favorites and check them frequently before buying elsewhere. - Customer for life!

I ordered a couple of times with no problem, but if you ever try to return anything, they scam you by making you get a "ticket," and then don't respond for days, and when you try to respond to the ticket, they give you another one, and on and on that goes, until it is too late to return the merchandise. I even tried to call, and all that did was get me a recording to return via the website. I ended up stuck with $56.00 worth of merchandise I couldn't use. I had to give it to Goodwill. Had I read reviews for them before I ordered something I wasn't sure would fit, I sure as ----- wouldn't have! I can't say publicly what I really think!

If it appears to good to be true... yeah, it is! I ordered a set of beats headphones for Christmas and I was one of the "lucky" ones who actually got the product after an email wondering where are they. UNFORTUNATELY: they did not work and when I requested an rma within the 30 days of placing my order I got nothing! According to their return policy I need an rma to return these items, at my expense. On the 30th day (after not getting an rma) I contacted apple for support. Among other questions they asked for a serial number. Needless to say, there wasn't one on the headphones.

November 25 my wife and I ordered products which as of this date still have not been delivered. Our inquiries into the delay have been met with emails full of empty promises of "We'll check on it" and other worthless words. I will never do business with dailysale.com ever again. I recommend you don't either. Take your chances if you want to.

Purchased i Pad 2 Tablet[ refurbished]] 16GB 3G

I had to e-mail them, after no answer for two days. They said back ordered, and will ship and notify me when it comes in. That was 13 days ago from the day i ordered my tablet, which is refurbished, not new. Good deal for the price, but today same tablet and sku# $16.00 more and the add says in stock, like the one i ordered. Bad company slow, to e-mail u answers
