I ordered iPods and paid extra for "2-3 business day shipping" according to their site. I reached out to the company to confirm the timeframe and 2 business days later the item had still not been shipped according to website tracking. I reached out again, twice, to cancel my order. None of my messages have been responded to and products are not estimated to be delivered until 9 days (7 business days) after my order was placed. Still haven't seen products so no clue as to the condition. They've completely ignored all messages and failed to send the items within any sort of reasonable timeframe for what I paid for.
