Bought a guardian bell for my significant order the moment it came back to stock online and had it shipped to my local store for pickup. When i got to the store, the packaging was all destroyed and the bell itself was damaged. It either looked as if it was already used or it was poor delivery. Luckily, there was another product of the same one in store that the associates replaced with mine.
Very good company and I will use this company for all my cycle gear. Prices are great also.
Ok fast parts delivery good customer service close by for pickup
Needed a different windscreen for my Triumph. Saw that Puig makes one and Cyclegear carries them. Easy to find and order on the website. Even ordered a blemished one to save a little money.
Easy to shop. I do wish they offered more products/brands..
Easy to find what I was looking for on the site. Great prices and delivered fast so I can enjoy it on my recent rides!
I was disappointed the battery went dead in about 10 months and very happy the battery was replaced with zero charge to me including shipping. The replacement battery was poorly packaged with one sheet of thin bubble wrap around it and knocking around loose in a large box.
Fast delivery and good prices with the best selection. Great new gloves
Fue muy fácil, la entrega está uno dentro de los tiempos comprometidos y los productos estaban perfectos
Service was great. As usual and they did their best to clear up a problem we were having with the Sena 50s purchased from them. Difficulty getting full group patched in on mesh intercom. It's brought my faith in Sena down. Thinking of switching to Cardo.
I'm a member and I was told the package would be delivered in two days and took them five days, main thing is I did receive the package but the delivery time was wrong, i understand things can happen to cause delays but this is not the first time
Very quick! Under 2 Business days between order in store and arrival at home
Got the helmet I wanted fast 3 days
Buying online was hassle free
Got the helmet I wanted
Cannot figure out a way to get it cheaper in anyway wish there was a discount code
I order this helmet with 3 other companies waited 3-4 days to get a email saying that it was on back order. I confirmed with each company and they promised that they had it in the warehouse. Come to find out they were just playing the middle man. Cycle gear shows same the inventory to make me a believer sure enough the next day I got a email from fedex saying my package was on the way! Thanks cycle gear I knew I should've went to yall from the start, best price and military discount
I ordered the helmet in-store because they didn't have it in stock. Great customer service, fast shipping, and competitive pricing.
I have a cycle gear near me so I was able to look and try things on. Online has more options and colors. Sadly not everything online is in store, and I only order things I can try on first. Shipping was good and fast, I was surprised almost every item came in its own box, I wouldn't mind if they grouped them together for less waste.
Loved how fast the product came. It showed up a day earlier than anticipated. I loved the shades and the packaging it came in! Just wish one of them fit into my helmet, but still good shades to use even off the bike!
This place is where I go to get my bike's gear and my own! Just wish the womens gloves fit my tiny hands better! Other than that, totally cool to shop here!
I completed my MSF riding course and a few of the other riders mentioned CycleGear for gear. I looked up their info in the web and found one close to work. Stopped by for a visit and staff was friendly, knowledgeable and they had a good selection of gear.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
