I came in to check the Warwick RI location out about a month ago and didn't purchase anything. The guy that helped me seemed pushy and uneducated about the products. However it was the selection that brought me back. I can't recall the associate's name, but the woman that helped me this time was great. Asked me questions about what I was looking for with my gear and made perfect recommendations based on that.
My package came a day later than originally expected. I was so excited to get my new riding jeans. I loved the stretch, but the fit was too big in the waist and the inseam was a little short. The length of the pants was just long enough when standing. So it was way short for riding. I will be spending them back. I was so disappointed, especially after the late delivery.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
