The always have what I am looking for and always at a good price.
I am a size US10W in women's and was terrified that the Forma Swift Dry Shoes wouldn't fit. I got a size 42 and am very happy to say that they fit perfectly! I can wear socks comfortably and they aren't super hot. The reinforced ankle doesn't hurt and the inside is 90% waterproof. The ankle is not so definitely consider wearing pants that cover the top for added water protection.
Good. Thank you. I don't need fifty characters or chickens.
Great customer service and the staff was extremely helpful.
Ordered a jersey for my husband. Got it in record time for decent price
I am usually impressed by shipping time but this order took way too long. If the pants can be shortened for me, I will keep them, but otherwise I will return them to the SF store.
Everything went as expected. Good product and good service.
Very professional staff, shipping took no time, positive experience all around. Thank you
I have been going to Culver City CycleGear for a few years. We just bought two new bikes and Virginia was so helpful in getting them ready for our first trip. She was knowledgeable and thorough making sure our accessories and parts fit before we ordered them. She knew we needed an additional kit that saved us time and a headache. She ordered parts and gear that weren't available in the store, and we received them in two days. No matter how many questions I have, Virgina and her team are always patient and helpful.
Fast and accurate at reasonable prices, very satisfied with the products
Amazing experience purchasing quality products that are practically for life!
Huge selection, fair prices for so many products. Great store
Jacob was wonderful and knowledgeable. He was ver patient with me and gave me good advice.
Had to order it verses walking out of the store with it but it was good
Tried a couple of the helmets on in store, but didn't have my size there. Purchased online and arrived in about a week with the free shipping.
Sure is easy to use. Time to execute order is fast. Delivery is quick. Well done
Cycle Gear shipped the item quick fast, and in a hurry, the product arrived well packaged, and I have no complaints about the company. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing defect on the helmet I ordered in conjunction with a seperate design flaw, I'm left slightly disappointed with the manufacturer. The first defect being the chin curtain retention point didn't hold up. The second was although the sizing and fit were perfect, adding a Bluetooth comms device speakers was made the helmet fit overly tight due to shallow speaker pockets
I purchased the wrong size gloves from the knoxville location and i dealt with Josh at the knoxville location and he was so helpful and made the return, transaction, and order so easy and painless. Thank you Josh!
CycleGear, had the item I was looking for at an affordable price, once the order was placed the item arrived in a timely manner.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
