Since 1974, we’ve been proud to provide motorcyclists with quality gear, parts and accessories at great prices and the best customer service out there. And as riders ourselves, we’ve enjoyed every second of it! Our team members come from diverse riding backgrounds, carving through canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails and riding just about anywhere else two wheels can take you.

Consistently Great Place to Shop

I've purchased from CycleGear more than a few times...helmet, communications headset, tires and now my third jacket. The Bilt jacket is superior name brand items I've tried. The price was right and delivery to my store was crazy fast, Over the years I've never been disappointed. Bargain prices are augmenmted by superior products.

A+ Service, A+ Quality

I initially needed to pick up rear brakes. The mechanic that was to service my bike became a no-show, so I set out to do the job myself. I stopped in my local CycleGear (King of Prussia, PA) and got the brakes ordered. After I successfully changed my brakes I noticed a rust spot on my wheel/rim and that needed changing. I ordered the new wheel/rim online and had it shipped to the store. The only discrepancy was not being notified that my order had gotten to the store, but I didn't fret because I watched the order update through Fedex. I was able to have CycleGear install a new tire, also purchased here, on my new wheel/rim. I dropped it off in the morning and got a call a few hours later. Alex made sure to take care of me every step of the way. I really feel at ease w/ CycleGear because they are all riders OR 'know their stuff'. They don't try to just sell me anything, but rather give me the info and let me decide. Now I know how to change my brakes, brake fluid, and front wheel. I chose CycleGear over going to Harley b/c of $$$$ and I was encouraged to change the brakes myself. I'm glad I did just that. Thank You Alex.

I finally made a trip down to my nearest Cycle Gear to first check out the store.and I knew I needed to pick up brake pads for my harley. After waking around checking out the wide selection of items, I made my way to one of the staff for help. Both Dave & Alex (i believe their names) were at my immediate call. The store was clean.organized.well lit. Mirrors in the right spaces to check out what I tried on…
My particular brake pads weren't in stock, however no problem, they plugged me into the system to place an order and got me on my way. I am very pleased with my visit and will certainly be back to pick up a new helmet.

Assistant Manager

Good morning. Came in to your store to buy a replacement face shield for my HJC helmet which I also purchased from this store. I was told that it was not an item that was kept in store but it could be ordered for pick up. Great!

I received a call 2 days later letting me know my item had arrived and was available for pick up. Great again!

When I returned I told the person at the register I had come in to pick up a face shield that I had ordered 3 days earlier. This is when it got a little surreal. He asked for my printed receipt or proof that I had purchased this item. I explained that I had told the previous person what I needed, it was ordered and paid for and no receipt was given. This young man then began scolding me on store protocol, explaining how the in store procedure had been breached, an that in the future I needed to have printed proof of purchase. I let him know what the item was, who called me, that I had paid for it, and was not provided or told to provide a receipt at time of pick up. He informed me that he was the assistant manager and that I could have ordered this myself online. In the future he continued, I must provide a printed receipt blah blah blah.

I can appreciate store rules and procedures but I won't be spoken to this way.

Being able to filter out products based on what I was looking for was very helpful; I love the new jacket and gloves I purchased, and felt confident in my purchases due to the reviews left. I liked how easy it was to track the shipping with UPS, because when I'm buying large ticket items I want to ensure it arrives- plus shipping was super quick.
