Since 1974, we’ve been proud to provide motorcyclists with quality gear, parts and accessories at great prices and the best customer service out there. And as riders ourselves, we’ve enjoyed every second of it! Our team members come from diverse riding backgrounds, carving through canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails and riding just about anywhere else two wheels can take you.

Now, we have 165 Stores in 39 States nationwide and online shopping to bring top notch gear and expertise to wherever you call home. When you see us out at a local bike week, stunt show or meetup, come say hi! We love to support races, charities and other events and even host a monthly bike night of our own to bring the community together for food, fun and giveaways.

We offer free shipping over $69.99 (within the continental US), free ship-to-store and the option to reserve an item online to try it in store so you can gear up for your next ride however is easiest for you. Or just walk in, and we’ll take it from there! See you soon!

Good in store experience

I needed a fix for my Schubert helmet visor being loose, so I went to the store. They didn't have any of the kits available, so Hugh ordered one for me. He said it should be at my house in about 5 to 7 days.
Obviously, the warehouse has a different agenda. I got it almost 3 weeks later.

Lost and Damaged

I purchased a set of hard side cases for my bike, they were advertised as open box, but as new, so I suspected they were a display model that was being taken down. They didn't show up and the tracking information was very vague. They didn't seem to move at all. I called customer service and they believed they were lost and refunded my money. A couple weeks later they showed up, but someone had just thrown them in a box with no packing material and they were damaged (scratched and scuffed up). I called customer service again and sent them some pictures and they sold them to me at a considerable discount. I kept them and I will use them, but I will most likely have to paint them to make them look nice.

Best place to replace tires

They ordered tires they I wanted without an issue and a couple business days later they arrived. I dropped off the rims I had and they were mounted and balanced the same day. 10/10

Delivery date kept changing

Buying the product was easy...getting the product from the delivery provider I did not like. On trac kept saying they were going ro deliver and they said we were closed when the shop was fully open. Cycle gear good on track not so much.

I always leave with a smile on my face because the customer service and the product is always great. This the main reason I shop at Cycle Gear. The prices are also reasonable on most of the products. I enjoy how the sales represenitives welcome you when you walk into the store and they let you know that they are there to help you. Always friendly, professional, and helpful.
