They act like you're bothering them to be serviced. Not the first time we were there and each time it was horrible service to the extent of being ignored though we were the only people in the store.
Gave my 2020 Heritage a more classic look. Also, they added quite a bit of vision area.

Ordered a jacket that was said to have some blemishes. Only thing blemished was strap to connect liner which is not a big deal to me.

I'm not sure why you would choose to order it to the store instead of your home address considering shipping is free so it was offered by the employee for the jacket I ordered to go to the store and after I ordered shoes on the website and I noticed there was an option to deliver it straight to your home. I do think it should be mentioned instead of it going to the store you can order it straight to your home.

Said I was not a first time buyer so promo code wasn't for meπ© I did order the AGV K3 helmet (without the discount /promo code plastered all over the page). I received the helmet. It is too big so I have returned it and I did love the helmet and the price is fabulous (even without the promo code plastered all over the pages I'm trying to look it). So! When my refund comes from returning the S/M, if it's in stock (which is almost impossible to find.) I'll order the same helmet in S. I may just give up if they are always out of stock.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
