I love this helmet! It looks amazing (animale) and fits perfectly. It's nice and comfortable and wind isn't a problem for me. It did say that its glow in the dark and although i don't see it, maybe it's because it wasn't in the sun or something.

I was able to place my order quickly for the product that I wanted. I really like the way that the store works online, and I was pleased to see that my item shipped very fast. After shipment, the item took a week to be picked up by the carrier Before it was delivered. That process is way too long. I had to reach out to customer service because it seemed like the package was lost in transit. It did eventually show up, but the experience had lost its shine.

Shipping took 7 days. It was supposed to take 2. Looks like it got handed off to several different delivery services on its way to me.
Sale was easy and delivery was quicker than expected. Had a return due to size issue and that was fast and easy as well.
Was a great experience. I wanted something in purple and even though they did not have anything on stock they were able to order a helmet in the color I wanted
My only issue was the helmet was listed as available in store, but ordered on Friday Aug. 2nd, not available to pick up until Monday Aug. 5th. Not a big problem, just thout if it was available, I could get it Saturday instead of aftetr work, Tuesday. Obviously, Not a deal breaker but the earliest pick up date should be listed.

I live in Ontario, Canada but travel throughout the US for work. I ordered the windshield and had it shipped to the store in Harrisburg, Pa. They received the windshield the next day. I picked it up without issue a couple days later. My only disappointment is the Harrisburg store is permanently closing.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
