The team in the shop were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Overall good experience. I love the boots, the delivery was on the slow side but that's FedEx's fault.
Purchased 2nd day delivery, all items not delivered till the 4th day; still trying to figure out why I paid for what I did.
UPS sent me a crushed box with a nice note. CycleGear.com sent a new order with intro days
The pants I bought were too small so I needed to return them. I was frustrated that the order number wasn't on the return sheet in the package. I commented that just as a suggestion. The next day I had an email apologizing for the return issue. I replied that it was only a suggestion and that I was happy. I got another reply that she appreciated me taking the time to share my thought. Wow!
Easy to use website. No problems would purchase from cycle gear again.
The parts don't say if it comes with the bolt/screw or not so I have no idea if I can even put it on when I get it. Update it did come with the bolt

The best motorcycle gear selection in the Commonwealth of Virginia. And beyond.
I made a trip to my "local" cycle gear (about 60 minutes away) and the employee who helped me was super great. I got sized for a few jackets and tried on shoes to get the right fit. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in the store, being able to find my true size for a few brands and styles gave me a huge confidence boost ordering my gear online.
My son and I received great service and follow-through on our purchase. These helmets fit perfectly and have adjustable dials to make them even better. Glad we could try on different sizes and styles to find the right one. Not a ton of options in Chico, so I'm glad for this one!
Nice finish and looks great, easy to install.Would be nice if it were available in black.
The store employee was super helpful and patient to explain how things work on the gear I purchased. Shipping to store was not as quick as expected, but that is FedEx's fault not CGs. Overall a positive experience.
Searched there website found what I wanted and picked it up at the local cycle gear shop in mobile,Al even purchased the Cardo 2x in store they installed it and even cleaned the bugs off my bell race star helmet
Web site easy to use, lots of items to choose from, broad range of pricing. This seems like a competitive company that is willing to do what they can to make the shopping experience positive. Also easy to use, not a lot of static in the order process.
Had a easy time locating what I was looking for. In the end it was the best choice using Cycle.gear
Love this place but it's closing near me. Would hate to have to find a new place to buy all my riding gear.
The staff at Cycle gear were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and clearly explained how the "Riders Preferred" membership worked. It ended up saving us quite a bit of money.
I did a search on Cycle Gear's website for Suzuki Hayabusa products. It turned up an open-box special for a motorcycle cover, which I ordered. What came was a cover that didn't fit and on subsequent investigation was a cover for a 250. Since this was already an open-box item, I'm wondering how many customers are going to have to order and return this item before someone fixes the coding on the website? I haven't received my refund yet, so I'm hoping I'm only out the cost of postage for return shipping.
I was looking for a riding jacket and being 6'4" clothing is always a challenge. The staff took the time to get me familiar with several options but there where no tall sizes on the rack. The sales associate took the time find tall options and ordered for me. It arrived and fit. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
