Ordered this item twice thinking it would work for my tires. Returned them both because they did not. They are to be installed when the tire is originally installed on the bike rather than an add on.
Great selection and products, a little slow in checking in the parts received... parts were delivered by FedEx on thursday, went to pick them up at the store and was told that the parts were indeed in the back room but I was turned away and had to wait until the next day... wasted trip across town because of what? They couldn't open a box and hand me my parts. Seems a little lazy or just indifferent about customer service. Whatever.

The guys were able to order the correct inner and outer face shields. Since they didn't ha e them un stock. And they showed me how to install them at home
I ordered two helmets and requested and paid for speedier shipping. The contractor/mailing company missed that and sent my order without the expedited shipping. I called and CycleGear refunded my shipping costs immediately. Quick, friendly and personable staff on the phone.
I have both the stand alone ring and now this one and I live this one so much more. With the stand only ring you have to maneuver the ring just right. With this one since it's magnetic is so much easier to put where you want.

Went to the store unfortunately they don't keep stuff like that in stock. However, the guys at the front were really cool and help me place an order online for the tire to be shipped to my house. (I think it's funny how tires don't come in boxes. They just come with a shipping label on them. 😂)

Great jacket but velcro pouch on elbow armor scratches the back of your arm to the point it is annoying and painful. The actual color of jacket it not even close to the pictures on web site, it is way darker and more camouflage looking.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
