First seat I ordered looked terrible and felt terrible on my bike, they allowed me to return it provided I paid return shipping ($9.00) for which they supplied the label and just deducted from the refund amount. The return request was done online, was super easy and I had my refund within a few days. I like to support local shops as much as I can but if I had ordered the seat from a local shop I would be stuck with it and out $400.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
