I ordered a helmet and visor, the fedex truck did not deliver it to a safe location at my house and the product was stolen. The employee at cycle gear i talked too was very professional and helpful, cycle gear ended up sending me a new helmet and visor free of charge and i greatly appreciate everything that ya'll did for me.
I ordered this exact part/vortex chain kit 520 from Amazon and they sent the completely wrong sprockets and I reordered with cycle gear and they helped me in making sure I had the exact kit for my year bike etc. way better to deal with people in person. Worth the extra 30 or 40 bucks and having it ship to the store is cool too.

I ordered two tires, upsized my rear tire, but found out it wouldn't work well, returned directly to local Cyclegear store and returned was easy and staff assisted in refund and reorder of correct size for delivery to my shipping address, all in under 10 minutes. Staff was great!

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
