Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."

The product is what I was looking for but the shipping was horrible. It was shipped out within a day but I didn't receive it until about 10 days later.

Went to pick up my helmet order and the feint desk employee offered to helped put on the pinlock anti fog screen and did an excellent job keeping the dust off. Really appreciate having his expertise in installing it

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
