Tire is perfect wasn't to store and had tire and tube mounted. Ready on Tuesday only thing was on backwards. Took it back waiting to get it back.
I got the 3XL size, and it's comfortable. I can wear it with my glasses. I was worried about the weight, but it's surprisingly light, and the padding inside helps with the sweat.

I had stopped wearing full face helmets in favor of half helmets. I still like the half helmet but this one is comfortable enough that I'll be wearing it on a long road trip. The flip up face is nice although don't try riding with it up. It has a vent in front that can be opened or closed and vents in the back. The integrated headset is nice and works well. The only drawbacks are the com device only has three buttons so it'll take some time to remember what combinations and how long to hold them does what. Also the speakers in the helmet are ok but pale in comparison to speakers on the bike
I have a favorite pair of gloves I've had several pairs of over the years and it was time for another pair. After about 5 years and many rain storms the velcro isn't as great. I hopped online and got another pair on the way in no time. Our local store doesn't have a lot of selection but I can still get them online.
Recent sign up for the new program involving riders direct club, and I am able to get products swiftly as I've enjoyed my local cycle gear store as well.

My wife wanted an economical way to get and forth to the gym so she bought a scooter. We went to Cycle Gear so she could try on all the helmets to find the best fitting. Even though they didn't have the helmet she wanted in stock we bought it through the store and had it delivered. She got the helmet that she wanted, that fit right and delivered to our door.

Customer service was on point. Helmet was great in-store. The one delivered is sticky on taking the visor on and off. The little pins you push forward to install the visor, one side is great and smooth. The other side sticks and I have to push the pin back and try again to get the visor to stay in place. Overall, love the helmet. Much better fit.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
