I ordered a very small thing from CG's website. I'm not sure if it was the size/price of my order or my usage of RPM cash, but when I opened the package I found in it my item, plus 6 (six!) spam cards advertising "wine boxes," and 5 (yes, five!) spam cards advertising Progressive insurance. I don't know if this is just me, but when I order from a well-known site, I really don't want to deal with spam in my order. Wasting the time and energy of the people who handle my order to give me junk delivered straight into my home just gives me a bad taste in my mouth.

A little upset. I wanted the helmet go to a local store they don't have it and told them they would order it so I decided I would just order it myself and with me doing that I did not qualify for the free headset that they was doing at the time. If I would have know it was a in store only promo I might have had them order it and sales associate told me when I was shopping for the helmet I should receive the headset.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
