Personnel very knowledgeable and friendly.
They support first responders.
I ordered cheek pads for my Corsair x. (35 mm) they are perfect
The experience so far has been good. But i have not used the product yet to comment on it
It's fits good and is a nice mat blue color. Delivery was fast.
Received all items and 0 damage. Thank you for doing what you do best!
For the money this is one of the best wind blocker jackets I've ever bought, first time wearing it was for a toy run and it was in the mid 20s when I left my house and had a 20 mile ride just to meeting spot, then after our toy run and ride back home it was still in the mid to lower 40s and I was sweating when I got home! Used it as a base layer and had my normal leather riding coat on top and t shirt underneath! Worked amazing will be buying more axial gear in the very near future!
Great warm gloves recommended from a friend who also rides for cold weather riding
Love this place and the staff, easy to talk to, easy to get help, the Ladies are awesome and were fast to help me install my new visor
2022 BMW R1250GS Adventure. I took my wheels into Cycle Gear Norfolk to have new tires installed on my rims. After two days, I returned to find both my (until them) pristine rims scratched and gouged by the installer. The manager was apologetic and ensured me that "They would make it right". Although it took a while, working through the Cycle Gear district manager, they agreed to replace my wheels. During this time the tire pressure sensors worked as designed. My local BMW dealership is Adventure BMW. Adventure was busy and it took them almost two weeks to get to my bike. Once they did I was contacted by the service manager, who said the rear tire pressure sensor was damaged and that I might want to contact Cycle Gear. To make a long story short, the discussion between Cycle Gear and Adventure BMW degenerated into a "He Said, She Said" about who caused the damage to the sensor in the first place, leaving me, the only person in this complaint who DIDN'T touch the tire pressure sensor with the bill. I don't know which shop damaged the sensor, but what I do know is that it wasn't me. Both of these stores could have agreed to split the cost and would have endeared them both to me, but instead, I am jaded by both.
Happy with the options. Shopped in store and online. Good mix of house brands and name brands.
It wasn't until recently that I learned Cycle Gear and Revzilla are sister companies. I happen to have a Cycle Gear brick and mortar close by and it's nice to be able to order online but return/exchange locally.
After placing my order, the item (LS2 Advant Helmet) came quickly and in great shape. Surprisingly it also came with a 2-day free return/exchange coupon.
FWIW I tried giving Speed Addicts a try, ordering/exchanging an LS2 twice for their free exchange policy. Once for bad sizing advice and the second because it had clearly been used before (bug guts on the shield, and all tags/protective film removed)
Glad I found Cycle Gear.
Went to store, found boots, gloves & helmet. We tried them on, they fit great but could only take wife's gloves, had to order her boots, my helmet. Arrived quickly, just what we needed. Better than buying online.
Quick and easy! Would have preferred an actual gift card to be mailed to me, but e-gc is fine!
The staff at cycle gear on Beach Boulevard are the greatest. They called me once the package came into the store. I tried on the pants before I took it home. They offered for me to return if it did not fit. The pant fit as it should a little bit long, but that usually happens for us short kings.
I went to my local Cycle Gear and place an online order at the store:
First I was able to pay in cash
Second they received the order for me
Third they call me immediately and I went there to pick up
Fourth I tried the product, it was a helmet and fit me nicely, in case it didn't they will do the return for me
Very easy to order from the website. Fast service. Would buy from again and again...
Tons of gear and parts at great prices. On gear, they not only provide size charts but also an "Expected Fit" based on reviews and customer feedback that really helps with online sizing. If you still happen to get the wrong size it is generally really easy to set up a return or exchange. If you have a CycleGear nearby it is a great compliment to using the website and between the two you can find and accomplish just about any motorcycle needs.
After spending some time scrolling this website looking for what I want (there is substantial selection!) I found it at my dealer and this site had it online. But after enrolling to save 10% of my first purchase, I found out that 10% applied to SELECT items and what I wanted was ineligible. So that was a bit disappointing. I still made my purchase, but the let down after the detour at checkout sucked.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
