Purchased an e gift card. It was easy & convenient. Printed nicely
I cannot rate properly as the person who will receive it hasn't happened yet
Wrong gear, gonna need to return, if that's an option...
Part in stock and fast delivery. Price was good also very easy to order from the website
I was immediately welcomed and directed to the department I needed, the stare are polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Bought a tire and shipped to store. Phoned store to learn how the process worked, then checked out and clicked on Ship To Store.
The two day shipping time was not satisfactory. It took more like a week. I don't know. It's probably Christmas time but still it's ridiculous.
Had to wait a couple of weeks cause Cycle Gear nor Shoei didn't have the optional "Small 5mm) size for the NeoTec 2. I was worried that with the NeoTec 3 being the latest model, that wouldn't offered the older pads again, but luckily they did. Once available, I was notified by Cycle Gear and I ordered the next day. Shipped next day. Happy with head pad. Should last at least another 4-5 years. Helmet and cheek pads still in great condition.
Staff provided great service and did a great job installing tires on my dirt bike wheels.
Didn't have what i needed in store but was quick to fix that by placing an order for in store pickup. Came a day earlier and was notified the moment it came in store. Definitely a great shopping experience
Really good experience. I mounted my first one in my enclosed motorcycle trailer. This one I'll use for maintenance/oil changes on my 02 Harley Electra Glide. If you do your own work, you should get one.
I purchased the matching ADV jacket a year ago and overall i am satisfied with it. My initial impression on these pants is similar, it is a decent product for the money. Both the jacket and pants are very comfortable from about 40° to about 80°. However, Both have numerous minor shortcomings, including the fit of the liners, badly designed pockets, and difficult to use Zippers.
I'm very pleased with website and wish there was one closer to me but it's okay
Ordered a back pad. It was quick to be delivered and I got the email and a text as well as the fedex tracking number. Drove to cycle gear walked to the front and it was ready.
Got in time for Christmas via email. Process was easy to complete on line
I'm so impressed that when I had an issue on placing an order, it was answered and resolved in like a couple of minutes. That doesn't happen often anymore. So thank you! I can't wait to give my son this jacket. It looks great … thank you
It is my first Shoei. I had a Bell and a Sedici before, and they were good. But you can see immediately that the Shoei is at the next level. The airflow is superb (way better than any helmet I used). The pin-lock that comes with the helmet works excellently. I still need to use it with my glasses, but I'm not confident that it will not fog at least a bit. The noise profile is better than my Sedici Strada, but I expected more. If you ride a cruiser, your head position will always be high, and the highway's wind noise will be significant. If you tilt your head down a bit and ride like a naked bike, you can readily feel the noise decreasing. In any case, it is a solid product, and I am enjoying using it.
Product is great as well as cycle gear Denise in richmond va is amazing
Easy transaction and great price! Shipping is also on time as promised date
Bought heated clothing for myself decided to buy one for my girlfriend so she also stays warm. Love the product
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
