The crew Cycle gear fantastic. They're all motorcycle enthusiast, each with knowledge of the range of motorcycles from dirt to adventure to performance Street. They've never tried to upsell me, rather they treat me like a riding, buddy, directing me to the appropriate solution with my budget in mindthey've created a lot of trust.
I am using Cycle Gear because they have a local store and I like to support retail store before online. Challenge is… everything ends up being out of stock, which is ok. But, if I'm going to buy online, Amazon delivers next day or maybe 2 or 3 days. But Cycle Gear took more than a week

I bought a new helmet that had all kinds of new technology. It a modular helmet with Bluetooth and even has a separate sun visor. Even though they didn't have my size in the color I wanted, they were able to ship it to me in less than two days. Worth every penny. And the staff was patient and friendly while I made a decision.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
