The Gildan 100% cotton t-shirt wasn't what I expected. I know cotton t-shirts shrink but the large size basically turned into a medium and the shirts don't breathe well. Working outdoors in the heat was overwhelming. Perhaps for an indoor event they work well. I will try a different material from Custom Ink because overall the customer service was pleasant and their website is easy to work with.

We love matching shirts with our friends and these were absolutely perfect. The design and colors came out amazing. The quality of the shirt is really the best and I'll keep ordering these. We had people asking about the shirts and had to reopen our order!

Easy use website. Lots of product to choose from. I don't like all the excessive emails from you. I would use you again but please limit the amount of emails.

Custom Ink was quick and helpful. Even during this COVID-19 time, they were able to print and ship within the deadline they set of one week. They arrived in a box with a bag lining. Wonderful experience.

Great experience. The only critique I have from this order is that the labels do not specify youth sizes verses adult sizes, so it took me a minute to have to sort those out, but it wasn't too tough to do given the sizes are so different.

This is my 2nd order from custom Ink for a custom shirt for my daughter. I love using their service and it's so easy to create and have your own designs. The quality is outstanding. The last order I created was over 3 years ago for family shirts and the printing is still in great condition.

Excellent customer service but so far terrible product results. Hope to improve that. If we can I'll be thrilled but in the end results matter and right now they aren't good.
