Custom Ink has become my "Go-To" for creating personalized products for myself and my businesses. I used a different online personalization retailer in the past but just as I mentioned Custom Colors is the best in its industry, I have come to realize Custom Ink is the best in its industry. The website is so user friendly anyone can create all kinds of new and creative products without fear of "screwing something up" or making a change you cannot re-do. When creating styles, you always get a "do-over" and can save multiple versions to give yourself a choice between them. On top of that, the Customer Service is on point. A simple call and the person on the other line finds your order makes your change, if you cannot do it yourself, and sends you a new mark-up saved separately to consider. There just is not a better company or website for personalization products - that I have found - than Custom Ink. Custom Ink has replaced all other options for me and is, now, the only option. I will use no other. Keep up the great work Custom Ink!
This is my second time designing and ordering from Custom Ink. I will continue to use the company for my tshirt design needs.
Everything was as expected, however I was disappointed by the color of the shirt once it arrived. The website showed it as purple, bit it was a light blue on arrival. The price is hight for a hanes shirt, but shipping was fast and the website is fantastic. Keep up the good work
Ordered the wrong size on accident. Called customer service and it was immediately taken care of. It also shipped faster then stated. Great service! I will definitely order from them again!

Customer service was FANTASTIC! Shortly after placing our order - the same night! - a customer service rep called us to tell us about a potential printing issue due to our logo and the color of shirt we chose. She had an immediate solution, followed up, and we got exactly what we wanted.
I am very satisfied! My shirt was printed exactly like I designed it.
We paid extra to receive our orders in 10 days. We received one order in 10 days but the other was in 11 days. If the 11th day hadn't been a weekend we wouldn't have received our order in time to properly distribute!
This was my second order with CustomInk. Both came in as promised with high-quality materials and printing, and the items arrived a few days earlier than promised. I highly recommend the company.

Other than that I have been unhappy with the last few orders I have received and I'm very disappointed. And very surprised because the ones I've received in the past before this were never a problem.

I wrote in the order the font that I wanted it's not the same Also the shirts definitely don't feel like cotton they are berry hard and the size of the shirts not what I thought based on measurements I wanted to place a bigger order but wasn't happy with this
