I ordered shirts for a group of friends, one of whom is battling cancer. Great to be able to pick stock design and choose font as well. Customer service was excellent from immediately after I placed order; had email confirmation and proof quickly, and called in once just because I was confused. Handled quickly and having status update available was key! Received order earlier than expected, and quality is great!
The Team at Custom Ink was an absolute pleasure to interact with. They worked with us in creating a design that exceeded expectations. The shirt and print quality are second to none, and all of our group members wear the shirts with pride. I will definitely come back to Custom Ink for any future printing needs!
It is not realistic to expect perfection every time from service providers but I have become spoiled by the ease of ordering, accurate turnaround time, outstanding product and presentation of the prints provided by Custom Ink. Nothing makes me happier than complaining about a poor experience but I am forced to admit when the service and products are stellar.
I was delighted with the customer service from Custom Ink and in fact have mentioned it to several friends. Without exception, every person I talked with on the phone was nice, pleasant and very helpful to me. I would absolutely use Custom Ink again. An additional comment, although this sounds trivial, the packing and presentation of my delivered product was very clever and it showed that someone took some pride in putting it all together. I use custom ink EVERY TIME I need a job done. I love the commitment I always receive to make my products perfect for me. I have spent hours on the phone with their service people going over the hundred of different t shirt materials and what would feel and look best. I have been a custom ink customer for 4 years and my only complaint is that they wont break the law and use art without the artist permission... I cannot fault them for that! I wish the world was run by Custom ink!
The website design features are very user-friendly and offered a wide selection of images to choose from - all great. The customer service chat function was helpful. My only complaints are with the printed colors and the image placement. It would have been nice if someone had sent a quick mock-up of the image placement before printing. Also, if the printed colors are not going to be as shown on the screen, you should put a notice stating that fact.
WOW! Custom Ink is a pure pleasure to work with. Even when there was an issue with my order, Custom Ink responded quickly. I wish that every business had this level of customer service. Do not order from this site! Numerous calls made and was assured the order would be delivered in time. No 2 week guarantee. Don't waste your time & $. We received the order the day after we needed the shirts. Horrible customer service.
I really liked how you can customize your own design, it left for a lot of freedom and was a very enjoyable experience. My only problem was that every so often the page would randomly refresh and I would lose all the progress on my design. I'm not sure if this was because of my phone, Wi-Fi, or if it was the website itself. I wish there was a way to save the design as you went without having to email the design to yourself every time. I also wish that there were more options that could be bought in quantities less than six.
I needed a very simple number font customization for a set of jerseys. I had a template I offered to send, the best they could do is 2" numbers. That is a joke. This isn't my first time going through custom ink but it might have been my last.
I ordered 2 shirts that I designed on my phone! I sent a picture and it was cropped perfectly. Custom Ink did a wonderful job and also excellent customer service! I'm giving these shirts to two 2020 graduates and I'm sure they will love them! Thank you so much!
Design itself came out nice but the colors are lighter than what I had. I understand a computer screen may make it look different but navy blue is navy blue so when my design looks more like royal blue, it's disappointing especially after spending $30 for a t shirt.
I'm pretty happy overall with your site but I would love to have fair pricing at lower quantities. I love the flexibility and abilities that your site has but the price on this last shirt was really a tough one to swallow. It'll make me consider going elsewhere next time. I had a vendor for my office price these for me this week and for the quantity I ordered from you folks she could have saved me $7 per shirt - albeit with a slightly different design capability.
I had an excellent experience shopping at Custom Ink! The customer service was top-notch and the product was exactly what I had envisioned! One minor piece of criticism is that the shirts came in plastic packaging. Moving to eco-friendly packaging would have made this, hands down, a "wow!" experience.
The PZP team uses Custom Ink for it's team challenge shirts. It's a pretty hefty price for a tank top as well. I placed the order on 7/18 as directed so that the item could get to print by 7/26. Estimated shipping date was 8/6. This date came and went with absolutely no communication from the company. I then inquired as to the status and days later got a reply that they were having supply issues and the order would ship 8/20.
8/20 came and went with no communication from them and I sent another inquiry in. I have yet to get any reply from their support but I got an automated notice that my order was JUST going to print. So here we are a month after the order was placed with no information at all. My order status STILL SAYS estimated delivery is 8/6.
I will not place any orders with this company going forward.
Do NOT buy face masks from this company. Clearly not their specialty. The fabric is sheer, thin and barely (and I mean barely) covers my chin and nose. It is so tight on my face I feel like I am wearing a damn BRACE. I will give their customer service a 10, no doubt. But the product is a joke. $30.00 for 6 masks that would probably fit the face of a toddler, NOT an adult. Might as well have chucked $30.00 out my window. If you look around you will find negative reviews of their masks from other consumers can be found on other sites. Shame on them for putting out a cheap product that is intended to protect people from a pandemic.

Custom ink has the best quality and customer service of any company in this market. We have enjoyed every single thing that we have ordered and will continue to use them for all of our printing needs.
Near website- easy to design & order just what I wanted. Take care in selecting the shirt brand/material you want though. For $30 I got a simple, one color, one side design on an inferior quality shirt.
