We love our new farm shirts! The customer service chat was super! Someone helped me get about $50 off by not having two colors on the back of our shirts and just having the shirt show through. This is what I wanted and just didn't know how to do it! We are very happy with our shirts and will order more in the future!
The employees who helped with my order via phone were fabulous and really took their time making sure I understood all that was needed for my large order of 3 different designs. I was impressed. CustomInk needs to be your absolute first choice for custom shirts. I had never designed or made a "custom made" T-shirt and they made the design, build and order process a simple and efficient experience. I had to speak to customer service on a Saturday to change the shipping method and the phone was picked up in less than a minute and my change affected in less than three. The person that answered the phone could not have been nicer or more professional and efficient. Pricing was extremely fair and communication spectacular. I cannot recommend this company any more highly. I will be ordering from them again.
This is the second time I bought from these folks. First time was great, no problems. This time shirts needed ironing to make them presentable. Design was as expected and looked great on the back of my two sided shirts. Perfect. Front was a different story. Printing runs uphill on several shirts but not all. Spacing not like on proofs. Should have been caught after printing. Disappointed but usable.
This is my second experience with Custom Ink. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. It took no time at all to take my home-made shirt design and translate it with the images and fonts provided. When I needed assistance with sizing my design for the kids' shirts, the chat feature worked perfectly as they were able to make the necessary changes. My expectations have been exceeded again! I like the quality of the shirts and my designs have always looked great. My biggest concern is that you pay the same amount for a youth shirt as you do an adult shirt. We buy shirts for our reunions so the families with kids end up spending a pretty penny to get shirts for the family. For that reason alone I'll be looking at different options next year.
I love how simple it is to design and order product from CustomInk. There are no hidden fees and you can see a breakdown of how much it will be before you purchase anything. The only thing I dislike is the 2 week turnaround time. I like the option for a Rush Order, if needed but it's extra. However, I understand perfection can't be rushed. Overall, they are awesome!
I ordered shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with my farm logo on it not only for my family and farm workers, but for other individuals that expressed interest in wanting some apparel. The shirts and sweatshirts turned out fine, I don't have complaints about that. However, the hats were a different story. Of the 20 hats ordered, more than 15 had an off centered logo, ranging from 1/8"-1/4" from the middle seam. I contacted custom ink and they instructed me to send pictures and then send in the hats to be fixed. I was pretty much told that they would be a be fixed based on the photos I provided. After a week of sending the hats back to be fixed, I received an email stating that they would not be fixed because "they are within the acceptable range." They state that as long as the center of the logo is on either one of the stitching lines next to the center seam, it is acceptable. Most of the hats were pretty much on that line or farther away. Because of this, I now have 15 hats that have an off-centered logo which costed me $30 per hat. I am dissatisfied with how custom ink handled this and will not be ordering hats from this company any more. If I spend decent money on apparel, I expect them to look the way I drafted and finalized!
We ordered over 40 shirts for 10 families. We gave them out to all of our friends and one of our friends immediately wash chairs by accident with an ink pen. Two of the shirts got ruined and we called to see if there was any way they could be replaced even though there was a minimum order of six. The person we talked to said she was going to give us the two replacements for free as a courtesy. I've shared the story with everyone and told them what great customer service you all have. Very impressed with your company and will definitely order from you all again.
Well... Custom Ink is more expensive then even my local print shops. I go with them because they allow me to handle things from my office with ease and they are swift to ship. This time I feel the additional value was not there... I need some business cards, sweaters and hats done. I think I will try my local shop.
I've ordered a few things from T-shirts to sweatshirts in the past few years, and they usually come out pretty good. The design process is easy on their website, and they have always contacted me if there were any problems. The quality of the materials is not necessarily the best, but I've definitely seen worse. Overall good company.

I have always used custom ink to make custom shirts. They are always the highest quality and very reasonably priced considering they still actually screen print. Most places nowadays do that direct digital printing and even though it is a lot cheaper it always looks terrible. This was the first time my company made a bulk order and every shirt was on point. My company and I will continue to use custom ink for all of our screen printing needs.

Wonderful experience! Group ordering for my family reunion was extremely easy! Shirt design was fun and prices were definitely affordable! I rate my personal experience very high. The only slight negative I would mention is that the youth sizes in this particular shirt seemed to run small. I would highly suggest ordering up a size for every kid!
I got this as a Father's Day gift for my boyfriend. I got both he and our daughter matching shirts with his gamer tag on it. He was beyond happy seeing it. Will definitely be using custom ink again. They nailed it with the design.
