I use Customink a lot. The only thing I noticed was that I didn't have a guide to tell me if my image was centered. So, I chatted with a rep and they answered my question quickly. I love the products. The prices are pretty equivalent to other companies. But the turn around time is much faster than other companies I have used. I will continue to use Customink.

Shirts look and feel fantastic. Will perhaps run a bit small after a wash but very good overall.

Changes are quickly made with no hassle at all during the Proof review check. When I viewed my proofs I realized I had added a word to the printing that didn't make sense. I called and was able to have it removed right away. Custom Ink then sent another proof to review within a half hour, which I approved and they began the printing process. The mugs arrived a few days earlier than originally quoted. They were a hit at work!

I am very pleased with my purchase. The graphics on the t-shirt are superb, not your usual iron'd on graphics. I have no fears ruining the shirt in the washer.
