My order was exactly as I designed it the customer service is fantastic and I recieved my order exactly when it was expected. I've ordered from Custom Ink in the past and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

The prices are a little high if your only ordering 1 product.

We got our masks we we needed but didnt have all that we order and we were missing a few and couldn't use a few for the condition they came in

Other than the rash everything was great but it was a bit over priced

I had originally sent a file that was proprietary to an Etsy designer ( had no idea) custom Ink knew it and offered me the chance to reach out to the designer or have them redesign- the original designer never answered my request so custom ink recreated it with a spin- turned out amazing!

I liked how a member of your staff followed up and called us to make sure the product was exactly how we wanted it.

Well, for $25 I would like to see the image without some artifact on it. There is a short thick gray line in the middle of image. I not going to go through the trouble to make a big deal about and go through the hassle of customer - instead I'd rather try someone else as there are others. Good quality of Hanes.

When my first print of this shirt had what appears to be a burn mark across the front (as in where a heated press was used perhaps), I called customer service. The situation was well explained and they readily sent another flawless copy of it.;-)
