Custom Ink was amazing. They worked with me every step of the way. I had my own design set for baby blue Hanes tag list shirt. They sent me a proof screen printed shirt. I hated it and they helped me change my shirt color so I could get a Digital print. Let me tell you it came out why better then I could ever imagine. Shipping was not delayed after all the changes I still got it on time. Awesome job and I will definitely use Custom Ink for ally custom shirts.
My overall experience with Custom Ink was terrific. Their custom service team was always patient and polite answering all of my questions with kindness, care, and competence. The final product came out beautifully with precision printing on a quality garment. Items were delivered ahead of schedule in a Custom Ink box with packaging that looked professional and well designed. I would definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to create a product for a fundraiser or to have artwork printed for other purposes.
Cannot believe how fast the turnaround was on this, along with the attention to detail. Shortly after submitting my artwork, I got an email asking to contact them due to a slight issue. Call was answered (by a person) right away, and the issue was resolved in minutes. The order ended up arriving 6 days before I had expected it.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent ordeal with Custom Ink compels me to share my experience to potentially save others from similar frustration. I approached Custom Ink for a custom canopy tent order, but the process turned out to be incredibly exasperating.
The main issue was the lack of consistent communication. Every time I corresponded via email or spoke with their sales team, I found myself explaining my requirements to a new person. This lack of continuity in support led to a chaotic and disjointed experience.
Furthermore, I received conflicting information about their custom pop-up canopy for sporting events. It was disheartening to spend so much time trying to sort out these inconsistencies without any productive outcome.
Eventually, I turned to another company for my order, and the difference in service quality was like night and day compared to what I experienced at Custom Ink. It's disappointing because I had hoped for a smoother process and better customer service from a well-known company like Custom Ink.
Had a great experience overall with Custom Ink. Great customer service. Great shipping time. Its really hard these days to find online service that speaks volume. And with your guys service it really shows that you put some work into making sure you have happy customers. We use to Order work shirts from a local company. But I had the opportunity to branch out and look elsewhere, I had used your company in the past many years ago probably ten - years ago. And decided to use this great Company once again. I will for sure be using Custom Ink next year when our District re- Orders shirt once again. Thank You Brandon Berlin.

I was so impressed with the kind representative who helped me design the perfect t-shirts for our teachers. Then I had mentioned that these were a gift for teacher appreciation week the first week of May, I don't know how you did it, but they arrived on time! The teachers were so happy and I am too! Thank you for being able to unite us during this quarantine!
The product appears to be good quality, we'll have to see how long it lasts as I live in an area with extreme temperature differences. Lettering is nice and bold, the logo not as I had hoped... my fault when I designed it I'm sure. But still better looking than the same product that I have purchased from your competitors. If it lasts longer, I will be purchasing more for my other trucks.
The shirts are of a great quality, printing is excellent, although we did notice there was a slight rough spot on both shirts but we just chalked it up to how the photo was inverted to meet our needs and it actually looks pretty neat so not displeased at all. Packaging was nice. The shirts are comfortable, haven't tried washing them yet so not sure how they withstand being washed yet. Overall very pleased with the product and the site.
They are terrible. Quality is lack luster, pricing is why to high, customer services sucks, and their rules and regulations are biased and made up. They don't follow set legal parameters for fair uses of images. Do yourself a favor and use printful or tee spring

I thought that the website navigation, design and ordering were very well done. I have used other sites before, and I prefer yours over all the other ones. Being able to select the exact ink that my own artwork would be made with was a HUGE bonus. This came out much clearer and crisper than when I used other websites with my own artwork. I will use your services again, but Im a little disappointed that the 2 tone shirt I purchased bled onto the white area of the shirt.
Fast turn around time... got the custom printed masks a week early! They seem to be good quality and are nice looking. Custom Ink is much easier to work with than other companies. Very nice customer service. They care and it shows.
I did not find the website to be very clear. I placed my order in 4 segments because of that. Once it was ordered an agent reached out and fixed the problem, made my order as 1 group and even refunded me for the extra cost.
At first I felt that the prices were higher than most but the positive experience was worth the cost. I really appreciated the follow up emails after my order. Even when I called to get some information, my wait time was really short. The Customer Service Representative was very pleasant and helpful. Your total customer services are exceptional compare to other online services that offer cheaper prices. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. And to put the cherry on top, my order came a few day earlier!
People save your time and money ordering these cheap masks from customink,,, the cheapest material i have ever seen,,, the day i got them i just threw them in the garbage,, so thin they wont even make for a good cleaning rag,,,
Loved everything about the process! Super easy and quick. Product was great quality. My only thing is that in our design, we used the color 'apricot' that was definitely more peachy-orange and what we received waS just yellow, not peach or orange at all, but we still liked them so it is okay.
Looking for a way to remind people to maintain respectful social distance from volunteers during our small event, we came up with a design that was both playful and mindful. The ink colors are a Match to my MAC on-screen display. Quality is number ONE at this company. I can't wait to sent these gifts to the birthday recipients. Was very happy with everything from the friendly, informative customer service representatives I dealt with over the phone to the art department, wide choice of shirts and colors, prices, quick delivery and most important - the end results -beautiful shirts! A very well run organization. Feel very fortunate -randomly chose them from a google search, but will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
