Even when some of my products got stuck in the licensing process (at no fault of CustomInk), they have been able to still meet my shipping deadlines!

Most of all I'm very impressed and grateful with your website and the design process. I went through at least 4 other websites during my research on pricing and options for this project, and your website is BY FAR much easier to navigate and use. One major detail that you have above the others is that your system automatically removes the white background in my image and lets the color the of the sweatshirt (or whatever) show through so that you don't see a weird box of mis-matched white around your graphic. There was another website that was much less expensive so I tried to make it work with them and they responded with a long list of complicated instructions. So, thank you for having an awesome and easy to use site - and the product came out great too!

Changes are quickly made with no hassle at all during the Proof review check. When I viewed my proofs I realized I had added a word to the printing that didn't make sense. I called and was able to have it removed right away. Custom Ink then sent another proof to review within a half hour, which I approved and they began the printing process. The mugs arrived a few days earlier than originally quoted. They were a hit at work!
For the price, customer service, turn around time and quality of printing, I highly recommend Custom Ink. They really saved my wife's birthday for getting this printed and delivered days before I needed it. They even were able to hold my order while I submitted corrected artwork revisions. My order shipped that very evening!
I suprised my Husband with a shirt with his custom logo and he LOVED it because of all the little details that were in there! I love that I saw all the different products that you can put your own logo on. Men, women, kids and accessories. I am definitely coming back to order more stuff from this website and next time, it'll be in bundles!
I dont usually do reviews but CustomInk has really amazed me! I designed online but had to call in to pay as I was using two payment methods-Clint assisted me with that and did a quality check in the process. I received emails every step of the way and got my shirts once day sooner than the promised date ( I paid for rush shipping). The quality is good, the print job is good- just all around I would recommend them to anyone looking for shirts!

I had SUCH a great experience with CustomInk! It was easy to design, the way you touched up my artwork made it look even better, and it arrived 3 days before our scheduled delivery date, which was amazing! Ordered their 120 pack of face mask. I would not dare hand these out since they are without a doubt the cheapest item I have ever seen. No ear straps and make from material that is again the cheapest thing possible. They are not large enough for adequately cover nose and mouth. I will NEVER order from this company again!
