Very impressed! This was a spur of the moment purchase. Your website and the person who helped via chat were top notch. I typed a quick question and in an instant my shirt was ready to go. Arrived sooner than promised and surpassed all expectations! I'm now a fan and a customer for life! Yes

As I said above "detailing", On my first visit whenever that was, a few years? I used your screening team? (chat line) to fill in colors I needed, such as white teeth or dirty claws, multi-colored designs to add. If there was a way for me to do it, I didn't know how. Anyway your team did it for me and the "T's came out great. Over all I will return for more T's, etc.

Custom Ink is the only screen printing company I want to do business with! Their customer service and the quality of their products is unmatched. An associate contacted me promptly regarding any questions they had about my order and a also made helpful suggestions about our final design. They also graciously agreed to delay our shipment to ensure that the package would not arrive during my vacation.

This is the first time I've ever ordered shirts and I had a little anxiety about the process. Everything was easy, it took just an hour or so to design and order the T-shirts and they were delivered a day or two early, which surprised me with the pandemic going on! We love the shirts and have already had positive feedback from our customers.

Printed items are fantastic and I will continue to purchase such items because of the quality and quick turnaround. However, my experience with ordering embroidered items was not as successful. Many of the towels we ordered had our logo placed at an angle vs. even with the hem of the towel. So when you held it up, it looked completely crooked.

Great fast, but you know what would be cool is if you show us a final product before you send it out. Only because the message after making the shirt state that and I'm paraphrasing " colors may not come out the same way as designed " something of that nature.

I had used custom ink in the past for a t-shirt for a group trip. They didn't disappoint then or now. Customer service was excellent, and the experience was seamless from design to delivery. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

It's the people on this team that make custom ink our go-to for new department shirts and hats each year. The artists and customer care people are excellent! Not only did they make me an awesome new logo, they made it work for embroidery as well- called me right away when there was an issue and still processed the order in under a week! Custom Ink's service is fast and top notch. I ordered one shirt digitally printed, and it looks fantastic. Also it was yellow type on a black shirt, which I've always considered problematic for digital T Shirts, but it looks as good as screen-printed. Great Job! Very impressed.

Overall the experience was great. The shirt sizes are smaller than average but no fault of you guys, just would be nice to know they are on the small side. The cost was the biggest issue, seemed expensive for screen printed t shirts. I'll be going back to my original supplier for work related gear. I could have ordered nice polo's for the price of this finished product. Thanks
