The pants I ordered did not match the pants in the pictures- not as plush or as rich looking. I was disappointed as they were a Valentine's birthday gift that I took off the table and just gave them to my daughter who had pointed them out to me. For the price they were a disappointment. Sorry

On my other order, I filled in a different billing address, but the order showed the address to be identical to the recipient's one.
Never received a shipping notice with tracking number. A gift order never arrived because it was out of stock and I had to inquire a month later. On my order, only 2 of 4 pants I paid for were shipped. No notice of the other 2. Fabric content says 100% cotton but it is shiny and feels synthetic and is very wrinkly when hand washed. Cotton pants in today's world shouldn't need HAND WASHING! No mention of this in catalog or else I wouldn't have ordered it.
I received the dress and doesn't look anything like the picture, the fabric is shiny, much lighter green, looks and feels cheap, the stitching is not good either, the pockets one is looser than the other. The worse is customer service, I have sent three emails expressing my desire to return it and I've gotten no answer yet.
There were very good reviews that were very deceiving. I would not recommend the dress or the site.

The items I purchased arrived. Material very poor equality and items too small despite the size. I returned and paid for postage myself;$16.00). I provided proof of delivery and am now going on two weeks post receipt of items for refund. Very unhappy

Fit is great and so is the material
The dress I ordered was not the same as shown online. It was super tight in the sleeves and not dressy at all. After multiple emails back and forth, they refunded me $22 to not return it.
It was easy to order. But took a long time to get here. Love the colors.
The quality of the items were not as expected. And there were issues with items that were cancelled

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
