I ordered a blouse with sparkle as per the picture, but when I received the blouse the sparkle was not on the item at all it was a very dull print. It looked nothing like the image on the website. Pros- The item did come in a timely manner and it was easy to order. Cons- most of the images are prints. Review the item carefully. I will give this away to charity.

I ordered item on 1/14 for a gift, sent to a different address. The tracking indicated it went towards wrong address, maybe min, and then was sent back to warehouse on 1/26. I have sent to emails asking where item is, still requesting it be sent to correct address. No response since.

I paid for shipping and item arrived and was of very poor quality and sized completely wrong. I immediately contacted the seller and said I needed to return it. Days later I received an email asking if I could accept a discount and I again said I wanted to RETURN IT. Had to ask over and over before was provided the different shipping address with instructions for tracking. I did so and returned it and sent confirmation and have asked for a refund now 3 times. Horrible scam artists. I am complaining to my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

. very poor service and very cheap product. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
Purchasing the blouse was no problem and received it 11 days later. The blouse felt made of plastic and was too large despite following sizing guidelines so followed instructions to Email vendor for return instructions. Response was quick, saying not to return to address on package and that I had to pay postage (which I knew) but did not supply return address. They also offered me $6 to keep the piece of plastic (blouse). I wrote back declining $6 and requesting return address. Three days later, no response and I was concerned completing within the 30 day return limit, so I wrote again. Five days later, I received an Email offering me $12 or a gift card (to be used only once) to keep the blouse. AND they finally provided the return address (see below). Between the quality of the garment and the convoluted return policy, I suggest you not buy from this vendor.

Told them to credit item not available and send balance, no response. Canceled order 2/3/25. No response. Sent 2nd request.

Do not order from this scam, portraying themselves as a buisness. I ordered a so called woolen jacket at $50. It came as a craft felt like, cheapo fabric with the buttons just barely hanging on. They don't offer a customer service # & do not respond to email. After 3 attempts at email, someone responded, but was a very strange worded email, that again, gave no instructions for return. No return address, no return label, nothing. Total scam. I have my credit card company working on it. They need to be reported to the BBB.

In the pictures of the dress it looked shimmery. The outer layer appeared shiny aqua, but came as a dark, dull teal. The dress material is not shimmery and does not flow pretty. Fit is good.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
