From the moment I entered your website it was so easy to navigate. Thank you for the cute clothes and the ease in shopping.
The models must be nice and thin since even the extra large was very small. I need to return one dress that I cannot get on at all. Please advise how I can return and get my money back. If it is no return, I did not see that in the ad.

Product was misrepresented as far as sizes. Poor quality. Returning products was a nightmare with having to threaten credit fraud with my bank in order to get results.
I ordered 4 items. I arrived a couple of weeks later. The only way to communicate is via email and it takes day to get a response. I was told that 2 of the remaining items were out of stock and I could wait or pick something else. I responded by email and have yet to get an answer. Meanwhile it is almost a month since I placed the order, for which my credit card has already been charged.

I placed an order on 11/30/2025, and the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. Today is 2/6/2025 and I received an email with a tracking number. I actually forgot I had placed this order. Unacceptable for a shipment advertised as taking 4-6 days to take over 2 MONTHS.

Ordered merchandise and it was too small. Asked to return it and after multiple emails they wanted to give me a $13 credit and I keep the merchandise. I said NO. Again after multiple attempts they finally reached out with a $22 credit. Ci took it because this company is a scam. I have yet to receive the $22 credit.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
