A dress I ordered arrived promptly; however, the fabric pattern as pictured was not the same as on the actual dress. A return was handled promptly with settlement options.
I ask them to return my $52.98 as that is what I paid for the dress. They told me I have to pay the shipping back to New Jersey.
I told them to return my $52.98 back to my card and give me $ 20.00 to return the dress. I will never order anything from them.

I had never heard of Curvedream but was looking for something very specific in style and color, and a perfect outfit popped up at Curvedream during a Google search. I placed the order and waited. The tracking kept reflecting "in progress" after several days. At this point, I searched for reviews and was dismayed to see them and was disappointed in myself for not checking first.
Still, I followed up via email to Customer Support and soon received a response that my item was no longer available. Everything seemed to be aligning with the reviews. The email had a link for me to check similar items that were available, but there were none. So I requested a full refund... and they processed it... pretty quickly. The refund was back in my account within just a few business days. This was a relief and this part was a different experience than the reviews suggested. So I wanted to post this review to at least recognize the responsiveness and efficiency during the refund process. My rating is based on that experience. I was also offered a discount on a future order.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
