I have reached out several times asking where my items are. I have heard nothing from CURVEDREAM. Once I receive my items I will not order from this site again. No updates, no communication….nothing! Very disappointing. If I don't receive my order within this week I will have my bank reach out and cancel the order.
The jacket I ordered did not fit and the material was nothing like the description.
The return process was so complicated that at first I thought I was being scammed.

I have not yet received my purchase items, nor have I heard anything as to when I can expect to receive them. It has been since 2/19 when I last received my invoice notice. If it is still on its way (taking too long) I have yet to hear anything.
So this is why I'm giving only 1 star
Product did not ship in the 6-12 business days (which seems too long to begin with). It took 5 weeks to receive it.
Also, the picture of the top looked like it had some shiny/glittery areas, but the actual top does not.
I will never purchase from this company agian.

This is a nice "cardigan", but the colors are not as vibrant as are shown in the photo on the website. Also, IMO, the bright white inside (not shown in the photo) cheapens the item, especially if you plan to wear dark colors underneath. The vendor approved my return, but per their policy I would have been responsible for the original shipping costs both from the vendor and the cost to return the item back to the vendor. Instead I accepted a partial refund offered and kept the item.

When it finally arrived a couple of weeks late, the bodice was very small (3 inch gap that zipper would not close over, and I have only medium width shoulders and D cup bra size), but lower part of dress seemed large enough for a very large boned 6 foot tall woman. I need to return the dress for a full refund.
Return request has still not been responsibly resolved by CurveDream. I'am still waiting for a return form and mailing label after pursuing this multiple times. All I get are offers to accept a fraction of what I paid and silence. Having a hard time accepting being scammed!
Was disappointed that the jacket matching the dress had arms that were extremely small in circumference. Unfortunately unable to wear the jacket and not enough seam allowance to enlarge. Love the dress.
1. I ordered a sweater shown and named as being "red". It was actually a dark pink color that shrunk after washing, as directed.
2. The short sleeve blouse advertised and showed as "white" was actually a light beige color.

I ordered two dresses for a special occasion and it said 12 day delivery, I'm at almost 20 days now.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
