Ordered three items for a total of $90 plus in my normal size. All three items were too small, the sweat shirt was actually a printed t-shirt. Contacted company and was offered a refund of about $19. What a scam!

I have not received the order. I have communicated with no response from CurveDream. Order was placed a month ago with no resolution.
The pants were not the color I thought they would be...and I don't think you can justify calling them striped. I found it hard to find the exact size I wanted...I gave them to a friend as a gift and luckily she loved them

I had a difficult and unpleasant experience trying to return a blouse. I understand that I need to pay for a return shipping, but when I say that I want to return my order, the response should be, here is the address. In fact, the address for returning items should be included when the package is shipped. Instead, I have to wait for a reply to my email, and the reply was "describe exactly why you want to return this item" and then after more waiting, I get a negotiation: "How about we send you a $9 refund of your $40 purchase instead of you returning it?" I found it all very shady and it just doesn't feel like a legitimate business.
Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and had to return my item, in which customer service was very helpful in doing so.
I don't understand how you can purchase something that you need to return due to the item not being what was expected than being offered less than 1/2 the amount of what you paid back for the item if you kept it. Why would I want to keep it if I wasn't going to wear it. That's why I was returning it

Purchased a dress for my niece in Febuary. No delivery! Four NON DELIVERIES!
These people are frauds! They blame the lack of delievy on not knowing my address which is 3255 Mount Veeder Road in Napa, California. Then they tell me to call a phone number is Southern California to find our about the delivery. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVIDE. I am canceling my order, demanding my money back and filing a fraud claim again these crooks.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
