I am trying to return an Item! There is no phone number to call email Only! They actually are making me pay to send tge item back! I was also offered 13.00 to keep the item this is just Weird to me! First time this has happened.lol won't do Business with them again! They still haven't sent me what I need to send back! I will just call my cc and tell them to deny the charge. Ridiculous Man

The option that they will give you money (nowhere near the price of the purchase) to keep items that do not fit, is ludicrous. I just wanted to return the items. It took 4 back and forth emails to get address for return shipping. Still waiting for credit to credit card.!

I tried on my dress the day it arrived. It had a broken zipper and was WAY too small. I wear a S or M and ordered a M. I immediately wrote telling them this asking for the shipping address and return label especially since I received a damaged item. They are offering less than 1/2 what I paid for it as a refund OR make it extremely difficult to return for a refund.
What they sent me:

I'm terribly sorry that the items did not meet your expectations.

Before returning, we provide two options for your reference to save you the time and trouble of returning.
Option 1:
I wonder if you could accept our offer of $16 while you keep the items.

Option 2:
We also provide another way for you to choose.

It could be used to offset the amount of the corresponding product/s in your next order, but does not include shipping cost. And please kindly note that it could only be used once.

Return policy stinks!

We tried to return a top that was the wrong size, but they didn't have a larger size. We spent $30 for the product and $10 shipping. Their offer was to keep the top and they would refund us $15, or we could return the item and pay $10 shipping again and they would refund us $30. We took the $15 offer but felt that they should have refunded us the $30 and paid for return shipping. We will never buy from them again. The customer service was awful.

I placed an order two weeks ago but had yet to hear from the company with shipping information or any other information. When I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order I got a response that three of the five items I ordered were out of stock. Were they ever going to let me know that or just take the money they billed to my credit card until….whenever or never? They then tried to point me to items THEY thought were similar to what I had ordered. Finally, they offered to cancel the order and give me a refund. This is not good customer service. The website should reflect any items that are out of stock and if not, customer service should send an email that the items ordered are not available and ask what the customer would like to do.
