The clothes did not fit. It states it's for Curvy Women and it's the same old Chinese clothes for flat uncurvy women. I returned the clothes and had to pay for the return fees.
The picture made this dress look like it was made of elegant fabric but when I received it it was not at all appropriate for the formal wedding I was going to attend.
I ordered a product on February 27 and have not yet received it. I have received no updates since the first email reporting my order. The alleged tracking site sends me directly to the website with no options except to order and no information about a delivery date. I have received no further communication other than this request. More updates with delivery information and a speedier delivery would be appreciated. I doubt that I would order from this company again.

Have emailed company and I haven't heard back
Ordered 2 dresses and one fit perfectly and the other was too small. The pants I bought were good too. Did have to wait a lo g time for order to come in.
I saw the dress with an email from a girl I follow.
When I saw the dress it had all the things I wanted in a new dress. Good length, sleeves to the elbow and a nice neck line. Happy with the color. I waited a few days and it came back so I ordered it and got it within a week. No mishap with the packaging or mail. I will enjoy wearing it.
I bought a shirt that did not fit. I checked the return policy before I made my purchase. The shirt arrived on a Thursday, I started the return on Monday. It took 4 days of back and forth emailing to get a return address. I was offered $8 and then $14 to keep the shirt. A million dollars would not make the shirt fit. It felt like they were running the 1 week time frame for returning out so that I would have to be stuck with this shirt. I really like the clothing but I doubt that I will order again.

I ordered 3 items in a 2X. If I was an XL they might be ok. They do not fit. The fabric feels very hinky and if I ever wash them it will be separately as I suspect the dye will bleed. I am contemplating returning the items but from other people's experience it sounds like engaging the company would be another circle of hell. I am just going to write it off as an unpleasant experience as if I had paid for an unsatisfying bad lunch.

Sizing is much smaller than normal US and getting return information was not easy. But, they carry really cute things, just choose sizes carefully to avoid returns.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
