I bought leggings in my usual size and they were way too big. I emailed to ask for return instructions and waited for 4 days for an initial response. I requested an exchange and then waited another 7 days for an email response, which did not answer my question about exchanges. I love the design of their clothing (as it looks online) but their return policies are not handled in a timely or satisfactory way for customer satisfaction. Regretfully, I won't be purchasing from them again.

Returns are very difficult. The bags have item numbers that do not match the order. The fabrics are not that well described. If you know in advance that a fabric has no give, you could order a larger size.

I ordered 3 dresses. 1 dress was too large and 2 were too small. On their website it states, "Easy Returns". I notified them that I needed to return my order. I expected to receive a return label. What I received was an offer of $25 and keep the dresses. The next offer was $32 and keep the dresses. I finally received return instructions. I had to pay the postage to return the dresses. I did receive credit for the merchandise only. This was my first and last experience with CurveDream.

I have been Trying to either get a return label or the return address to return
One of the 2 dresses i ordered. One does not fit right. Please help ASAP
Ordered what I thought, from pictures on website, a beautiful, floral red $#*!. It arrived and I threw it in the garbage. Knew it would take too long to get refund. Shirt was a burnt orange, thick, stretchy contraption! Had some sort of dots on it, not floral as described and pictured! Ugly, ugly! Wouldn't wear it to the dump!
The dress itself was ok. The jacket quality is horrible. If i represented this company, I would be embarrassed!

The products I received were a variety of sizes instead of the medium I ordered. I did not think the quality was consistent with the photos. None of the items fit. What happened after that is I returned the package I received and discovered my Amex card had been charged twice despite my receiving only the one order I returned. After 10 or so emails back and forth I finally got a refund for one of the charges but never got the second refund. At one point they wanted proof that my card had been charged twice, which I provided. I gave up and asked Amex to process a charge back for the second, erroneous charge. They continue to email me with additional questions. I have stopped replying.
The overall fit and quality of the dress is great. The process was extremely simple and the dress arrived as advertised. However, the cover that came with the dress is a different color green than the dress which is odd.
I must return an item...The fabric was not a quality fabric. It was very thin with no gove at all making for an awkward fit.
I did receive an email asking why I wish to return the dress and then outlines of the rules for return

Trying to return my order. I have sent 2 emails requesting return authorization. Have not heard a word. I'm afraid I will exceed the 30 day return window due to their lack of communication. There should be a dedicated return portal that handles that, not just a general email. I will never order from this company again

I ordered two of the same tops because it looked so pretty online. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture online It was as if I ordered a different top. Material is cheap and even the color is off. I went back to look for the top so I can screen shoot it, and I can't even find it on your website anymore
