In January 2025 I placed an order for 5 items. I paid extra for express shipping because I needed two of the dresses to take on a trip in mid-February. The clothes did not arrive before my trip. Only two items arrived. One of them was supposed to be a set of dress with jacket, only the dress came. After waiting a few more days for the other three items to arrive, I contacted the seller and they informed me they were out of stock and would refund me. They had not bothered to contact me to tell me this before. I asked about the missing jacket that belonged as a set to the dress, and they told me I had not ordered the set, only the dress. I am 100% certain I ordered the set. I needed to return the other item as it didnt fit (their size Large runs small), they made it really difficult to return. They asked for photos of the dress and of its washing instructions label. They wanted photos of the exterior shipping bag and label, which I had already thrown out. I told them they were just asking for stuff to make it difficult. Finally they approved the return and I mailed it back. I did get the refund for the return and for the three out. Of. Stock items. BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. And I also think that this Curvedreams is just one of many names that this Chinese outfit uses to market products in the US. I think they are the same as MODLILY which I also had a bad experience with.
I have emailed and followed the return policy which states they will send via email the address for returns but they don't send any address and keep asking you to take a $7.00 credit instead. I will never shop here again.

There were no tags, size, etc on the sweater. This is new merch therefore should be tagged! I can't believe that new merch would come tag less. There is no way of reaching out to them. The sweater I pu chased was not cheap either. I have to write 100 words so therefore I typing away. I am very dissatisfied & would not recommend purchasing from this company. The carrier never tried to deliver to my address and said that it wasn't accessible the next day. They said that it wasn't a good address the carrier Uni Uni. I've had bad experiences with them before they're lazy and they do not tell the truth about delivery. Clothes online "looked" very contemporary and pretty but this dress looked like it was 3-D printed and design looked smeared/blurry. Was too small and returning the dress was very cumbersome.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
