The shirt is not at all how it looked and was described on the website. I am extremely disappointed. The color isn't the same as it looked and it is very cheap looking.

The Customer Service stinks.

I emailed Customer Service that I needed to exchange my dress for a larger size. They emailed back with two options. I chose the second option which was to pay the shipping and an extra fee to have the new one sent. I heard nothing after that. I finally had to reorder the dress...in which I'm hoping I get it in time for the wedding. THEN I get an email explaining the instructions for sending the first one back to get a refund for that.
Very frustrating.

Too much out of stock

I ordered several dresses which were in stock. Upon receipt, 1 dress wasn't there. I contacted vendor and was told it wasn't available, but I wasn't notified. I made a substitution, and that wasn't available either. The customer service personnel have been very helpful in resolving my issues.

Not true to the photo

I really looked forward to this dress.
In the pictures it was lacy, classy looking, and soft.
It took forever to arrive. It was a bit disappointing as it was nothing like the photos. Short length, cheap fabrics, kind of frumpy. I will keep it and turn it into a blouse.
Don't rely on internet photos. They are deceptive.
Do not waste your money. Go to a local store or dress shop.
Try before you buy is the fact.

I am returning my whole order. Disappointed in that process too. After several e-mails and bribing to keep the order i finally received the return address & am still jumping thru hoops with specific instructions.

Arrived later than indicated after the date I needed it but that didn't matter as it was way too small. Then, there is no receipt, address, and instructions for the return.
So, I have to go into research mode to find that out.Then I have to send two e-mails, wait for replays, to get return info. It all feels too much when already I have a shortage of time.

Placed my order, several days later an email arrives saying the item is out of stock and I can reply for a refund or replacement item. While looking for a replacement item I see the same item I originally wanted still available for purchase- not out of stock
