Shopping online was very easy. My overall experience was pleasant. As a first time shopper, I was uneasy because I felt the limited communication and updates regarding my order was somewhat concerning. However, once contacting the support team, I was comfortable with our conversations. The support person was very supportive, professional and I received my order about I think four days later. Cheap dress, fabric not at all similar to picture.

I was so upset to receive a dress that did not resemble the picture at all. I had received inexpensive clothes from China before, because the company name was more Americanized i thought the product would be different. I returned the product 2 days later, they received it back in 3 days. 20 days later i still had not received a credit.

Very poor quality

I recently purchased from this clothing vendor and had a disappointing experience. The quality of the fabric was far below expectations.
The pictures on the website did not match the product at all; what I received was not even close to what was advertised.

The return process was not easy. I had a hard time getting my money back, and when I did, the refund was incomplete. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this vendor. I would not recommend buying from them and will certainly not be returning as a customer.

Horrible Dress

The dress looks like it is made of paper. It is terrible material. I wouldn't wear it to take out the garbage. I will never buy from this company again. I would give it to the Goodwill but I don't think they would take it.

The clothes are cheaply made, the colors don't look like anything like the pictures. I can't even they're
in business. Wouldn't think of ordering from them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. The clothes were all wrinkled when I got them. I am still in shock of the quality of everything that I ordered.

Ordered three clothing items. One only arrived - trousers which I did not like. There was no description about the fabric used in the trousers and when they arrived the fabric was heavy and not what I wanted. When I emailed about the other two items, CurveDream advised they were out of stock with no timeframe given about when they wouold be available again. Not sure when they were going to tell me? Then I received an offer asking me to order the same items again - wasn't sure if they were suddenly available or would it be back to waiting for their uncertain arrival. Too risky and I have asked for a refund. Wouldn't use this company again.
