Trying to get a return address, why won't you provide us with one?
My clothes were too big. I wanted to return them and get my money back. I received 2 emails asking that I keep the clothes and get a partial refund. Each had an increasing amount to money to give back. I declined. Then the return was cumbersome and had many directions that I had to follow or I would not get any money back. I ended up pasting the whole thing onto the return. This took several hours spent on a return. I will not shop with you again.

Love this jacket style for entertaining with my wife. Sizing was at least two sizes too small. CurveDream returns are a nightmare. A week after email to them, they still haven't provided an address to which I will pay to return this item. I have called Fidelity customer service to handle after numerous attempts on my part.
Easy to look through the clothing, easy to choose, easy to pay.
The description doesn't fit the shirt I received. Will never purchase again.

Ordered 8 dresses. Kept 3. Only 1 I didn't like the others didn't fit which is to be expected with online purchases. They were very prompt in responding to me regarding the returns

The jeans I ordered in my normal size were way too small and not at all as advertised. The return process was such a pain. It's clear they don't want their own products. I was offered $6 to keep the jeans or I could return them and pay the shipping, but was given no address to ship to. When I asked for the address I was then offered $13 to keep them. If I returned I must have a tracking number which is no problem but it seemed so shady at this point that I don't trust them to say they have received the package even if my tracking number says they did. I have opted to receive the $13 but I'm not holding my breath that I will ever see it. What a horrible company to do business with. Never again!

First time user of this sit, there arae mixed reviews so I hope I am happy with my large firsst order!
Received in time for Christmas. Customer Service was very helpful.
Google showed a coupon code on the listing of the item I found, but it didn't work during checkout.
The sweater itself was soft, warm and very pretty.
I ordered 3 shirts - the 3 shirts I received did not match the picture in the catalog. 2 of them were completely different colors, one was a different design. I will be returning them and will not order again.

Placed an order and was given info about shipping. When I tried to track the package it said I didn't have an order. I emailed customer service & they replied right away saying the item is out of stock. Should have been told that when I placed the order. They did give me a refund right away but the order never Should have gone through if the item wasn't available.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
